-	2018 revenues were $26 million; 2014 to 2018 revenues grew 22% through increased distribution of products through Walmart; expanded an in-store service program.
-	Operations improvements included competitive bidding of shipping suppliers and services.  
-	Created a management incentive program focused on metrics of performance.

$283mm Kodak APS system revenues by year three.  82% Kodak APS film share of market.  Led the introduction of the Advance Photo System in the United States and Canada Region.  Led collaborative meetings with Canon Camera, Fuji Film, Nikon, and Minolta, on industry-wide initiatives to launch new format.

+80% Kodak film share of market maintained.  20% reduced operating expenses by consolidating shared resources in Guadalajara.  20% increase in retail store gross margins.  10X inventory turns annually.  Led Consumer Imaging Group of Kodak de Mexico through a currency devaluation and a period when U.S. based retailers were entering the country.

General Manager, Country Business Unit – Consumer Products

3% point growth of Kodak film share of market.  15% point growth of Kodak color paper and chemical share of market.  98% order fill rates, linked dealer product demand forecasts with the internal product forecasting processes.  Led a strategic marketing group that developed and executed a plan to increase the share of market of all major product lines.

Cumulative country revenues grew by 12% (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay).  Individual countries achieved their full year revenue goals while growing share of market for film, cameras and photographic paper.   Position with international responsibility directing strategic marketing planning activities.

Marketing Director; Consumer Products; Latin American Region

Turnaround of consumer photographic equipment business in the United States from -$50mm in 1986 to positive $10.0mm contribution margin in 1989.  Assumed the leadership of the film business in the U.S. ($1.2b revenues) and the one-time use camera business ($300mm revenues).  Rewarded with company sponsorship by a corporate officer in Executive MBA program at the University of Rochester, William Simon School of Business.
