Responsible for integration projects, performance improvement programmes, controlling and customer service.

-	Implemented European performance improvement programmes for Sales, Operations and Customer Service and successfully negotiated the implementation with central works councils for Germany

Responsible for Controlling, Payroll Systems and Office Administration with 14 employees.
-	Developed, established and implemented a central personnel controlling and reporting system (for 2,700 employees with more than 100 Mio. EUR personnel costs) which was later adopted by DHL Express Germany with 40,000 people
-	Analysis and controlling of all personnel and cost activities
-	Reorganization of the Office Administration Department through outsourcing and restructuring of processes
-	Continuation of HR responsibility for Call Centre with more than 350 employees

Responsible for finalizing the centralization of a newly established call centre with 250 people.
-	Centralization of five decentralized units 
-	Finalized recruitment (170 people within 6 months) and established all HR processes in the Call Centre environment

Looking at this map of global data centers, one thing becomes very clear:
 the digital economy is not abstract — it has a physical footprint, and it’s massive.

The U.S. alone hosts 4,165 data centers, more than all of Europe combined.
 Europe holds 3,476, Asia & Oceania 2,068, and Africa & the Middle East just 494.

And yet, every AI model, cloud service, digital payment, and video call depends on them.

A few reflections:

🔹 AI isn’t “in the cloud”—it’s in warehouses full of servers
Each new model increases energy demand, cooling requirements, and land use.
As AI scales, so will the need for resilient, sustainable infrastructure.

Most companies don’t fail because of poor execution.
