As an engagement manager I planned, tracked, and supervised the creation of multiple lead nurturing campaigns within our marketing automation system (Eloqua), in addition to working independently to plan and execute other engagement, retention and acquisition marketing strategies. My other responsibilities included supervising the deployment of global newsletter programs, and working with salespeople, copywriters, online marketers and regional marketing teams on various marketing projects.

As a content manager, I created and maintained all of the marketing and communications copy produced in the office, which included: campaign reporting documents, email marketing copy, white papers and case studies. I also managed email campaigns, created specific landing and registration pages, managed subscription lists, produced a company newsletter, and created and maintained social networking initiatives to increase online traffic. There was also a project management aspect to the position, which involved organizing schedules for content release, and working with clients to produce content.

In my Marketing career I found customer retention and training to be the most fulfilling parts of my jobs, and so in 2023 I was able to fully transition into a full time training and education role. 

My career objective is to develop my skills further in Training, Education, and Instructional Design.
