Vice President of Sales

Mosaic PRO

Oversaw all sales revenue, marketing, acquisitions, vendor relationships and growth strategies for Mosaic PRO, a division of Acosta Sales and Marketing. Collaborated directly with Executive Leadership Team, as well as vertical leaders, to develop launch strategies for the next generation of products and services across Acosta. Provided overarching leadership to create a new end-to-end (E2E) process involving Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Service functions. Determined how to realize full value of connected solutions while creating a competitive advantage through the customer experience.  

Highlighted Achievements:
•During 2020 while other Acosta divisions experienced revenue losses, MosaicPRO generated profit by +/-10% 
•During 2021-2022 MosaicPRO grew revenue by 57% despite inflation, supply chain and logistics challenges.  
•Contributed great energy, leadership, and organization as well as sense of urgency to deliver results.

Senior Vice President

Oversaw all sales related to revenue and margin. Retained and grew the revenue of an existing client organically while securing new clients through outreach, networking and building partnerships. Worked directly with the Business Development team of Acosta and other sister companies under the Acosta umbrella (Mosaic, Frontline Marketing, Action Link) to identify opportunities and initiate programs to drive revenue through Mosaic PRO’s keys services while bringing cost saving programs that brings continuity and consistency to the client and their brands. Continued to manage all Marketing initiatives, programs and tactics as well as to oversee the Vendors Program and relationships. Worked with Procurement and Strategy team on integrating new vendors and acquisitions.

Highlighted Achievements:
•2012-2019 - Grew YOY Company Sales Revenue 25%, while growing margin through cost-plus programs.
•Secured Fortune 500 Clients Accounts from FY 2012-2019 that included: Google, Whirlpool, Samsung, Tracfone, Hewlett Packard, Proctor & Gamble, Hill’s Pet Nutrition. 
•2019 - Mosaic PRO had record sales generating the highest revenue in Mosaic PRO’s history. 
•2014 - Initiated a cost-plus program across many internal programs and clients that assisted in gap reduction of Acosta’s total breadth of services.

Vice President, Client Services

Served as a key member of the executive team for this division of Acosta Sales and Marketing that set the company’s strategic direction, specifically, Marketing and New Business Development. Collaborated with the Vice President of Business Development to identify opportunities and develop the teams and strategies needed to realize their success. Managed all marketing initiatives and programs as well as vendor relationships and programs.  Managed Company Store and Procurement Teams.

Director of Marketing

Hickory Food, Inc.

Led the marketing campaign for all companies under the Hickory Food brand. Managed the Demonstration Specialist teams in the Southeast, Midwest and South regions of the US. Developed and built new brand strategies for existing products to continue to build brand awareness and drive revenue growth.   

Highlighted Achievements:
•Led Bubba Burger brand to the #1 Frozen Burger in the country by dollar.
•Led Flanders Burgers brand to the #1 Frozen Burger by volume.
