Everyone is posting.
Everyone is sharing “insights.”

And still, a lot of people feel invisible 😅

Not because they post too little.
But because no one can answer one simple question:

What are you actually known for?

Positioning is not about being louder.
It is about being clearer.

Clear about:

• what problem you solve
• what outcome you create 📈

If your profile, content, and comments do not align, you add to the noise 🔇

A niche does not limit you.

Repetition builds recognition.
 Not repeating posts.

Random posts get likes.

So before your next post, ask:

If someone visits your profile today,
would they know what you are known for in five seconds?

We still get this question a lot.

“Should I add more hashtags to grow my reach?”

Short answer?
LinkedIn has changed.

Hashtags are not gone.
But they are not the growth hack they once were.

What we see in the data:
→ Hashtag followers barely impact reach
 → Search is no longer driven by hashtags
 → The algorithm reads context, not just tags

And that’s the real shift.

LinkedIn does not scan your post for #buzzwords.
It reads your content.

It looks at:
• your headline
 • your About section
 • your experience
 • and especially the context of your posts

That’s why we rarely use hashtags in our own content anymore.
Not because it’s “wrong.”
But because keywords do more.

Most people optimize their posts.
But forget their profile.

While your profile is your SEO page on LinkedIn.

So the better question isn’t:
“What hashtags should I use?”

It’s:
“What words should I be known for?”

Are you consciously using keywords in your profile and content, or still relying on hashtags?

People don’t just buy from companies, they buy from people they trust. A visible founder:

- Builds credibility faster than any brochure
- Shortens sales cycles by creating familiarity
- Attracts talent, partners and investors

And no, “being visible” doesn’t mean shouting the loudest. It means consistently showing up where your audience already is (hello LinkedIn 👋) with content that:

- Shares your learnings, not just your wins
- Talks about customer problems in their language
- Shows the human side behind the logo

If you’re a founder and still hiding behind your company page, you’re leaving brand, leads and opportunities on the table.

Start simple this week:
- Post 2, 3 times from your personal profile
- Comment thoughtfully on 5 relevant posts per day
- Share one honest story about a recent challenge
