Title: Concept Development for June Global Pride Month at BASF Service Hub Berlin: Showcasing Support for the LGBTQI+ Movement

Project Objective & Deliverables:

The objective of this project was to devise a cutting-edge and inclusive concept that would effectively communicate the spirit of diversity and inclusion within the rapidly expanding BASF Team in Berlin. With over 90 nationalities and English as the primary working language, the aim was to create a concept that would authentically represent the BASF Hub's support for the LGBTQI+ movement during Pride Month. Deliverables included internal and external visibility measures.

Skills and Expertise Utilized in the Project:

This project necessitated the application of critical analytical and interpretive skills, coupled with interpersonal aptitude, in order to develop an original and engaging concept. Working within the context of BASF's esteemed reputation as an internationally recognized industry leader, incorporation of elements such as digitalization, sustainability, and the German management culture became instrumental in gaining practical experience in intercultural management, personal skills development, and interdisciplinary coordination.

Achievements:

Through dedicated efforts, I successfully crafted a comprehensive concept that effectively highlighted the significance of Pride Month both within and outside the BASF Hub in Berlin. By leveraging the expertise gained from this undertaking, I advanced the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion by reinforcing its support for the LGBTQI+ community.
