GoWit is a retail media platform that offers an omnichannel advertising solution for multi-brand retailers, marketplaces, and groceries. It enables businesses to expand their audience reach, optimize bidding, and leverage first-party data for maximum conversions and privacy protection.

In my role as a Talent & People Success Partner at GoWit, I:
• Created top notch inclusive, accessible, and transparent candidate experiences 
• Led end-to-end, inbound and outbound, recruitment processes
• Developed and implemented employee engagement initiatives to boost team morale
• Collaborated with the Marketing team to lead Employer Branding Efforts 
• Implemented new tools to drive process optimization and higher performance
• Restructured and documented the full hiring process for internal stakeholders 
• Organized the biggest team offsite to boost employee engagement and experience
• Established frequent check-ins with all team members to ensure voice of employees are heard

Starting out with a Research Management Software (RMS) into a Playful Productivity Partner; from wireframing, protoyping, web site building, user interviews to MVP development, these were the highlights:
- website traction from 72 countries, with average stay of 3 mins
- 1000+ user interviews with prospective users from US and EU
- pre-screening 1000+ of CVs with applications through LinkedIn Recruiter
- 20% of the applicants completing an 8-section pre-screening survey along with the interviews to work voluntarily believing in my vision
- onboarding procedure and completion of legal basis for a team of nearly 30
- co-designing the UI/UX with 3 designers and working with 2 full stack, 1 junior backend and 3 front end developers
- built a 400-people Slack community of academicians in the initial version of the idea, and then built another ~100-people community around the playful productivity partner as a product to ensure community-led growth and an instant access to respond to the needs of our customers
