Was GUT FÜHREN für jede einzelne Person an der Spitze eines Teams ausmacht, 
das erarbeite ich seit 25 Jahren mit vielen Chef:innen in spannenden Kundenprojekten. 
Denn Führung ist etwas überaus Persönliches.

Namhafte Unternehmen vertrauen mir, es macht mir Spaß, 
mit ihnen gemeinsam ihre Lösungen zu erarbeiten und das erfüllt mich mit Dankbarkeit:
wir lernen zusammen, wachsen zusammen und haben Erfolg zusammen. 

Beim Wort "Unternehmen" höre ich "Unternehmung", im Gegensatz zu "Unterlassung".

Schon als Kind fand ich es langweilig, täglich im selben Streit gefangen zu sein. 
Ich bin kreativ, sprühe vor Ideen und Tatendrang. 

"Stillstand beenden" konnte ich gut und habe das dann auch zum Beruf gemacht: 
Teambuilding, Konfliktmoderation und Veränderungsbegleitung, um Teams wieder in Gang zu bringen,
Führungs- und Kommunikations-Seminare, damit jede:r lernen kann, wie es besser geht.

ÜBERALL, WO ETWAS STILLSTEHT, 
WEIL SICH DIE MENSCHEN NICHT EINIGEN KÖNNEN, 
BRINGE ICH DIE DINGE WIEDER IN GANG.

Meine wichtigsten Werte dabei sind:
Klarheit, Ehrlichkeit und Fairness.

Behutsam die "Harmonie" aufgeben und neu zueinander finden.

Im Konflikt müssen alle gehört werden,
ihre Wünsche und die Bedürfnisse, die darunter liegen. 

Dann können sich alle in die Augen sehen, ihre Verletzungen überwinden und wieder Spaß am gemeinsamen Vorankommen haben.

Darin liegt für mich der Sinn in meiner Arbeit:
