I have been incredibly lucky to have worked for the biggest players in hospitality on both sides of the Atlantic: Disney and Bourne Leisure. My experience spans the world's busiest theme park (Magic Kingdom), an exceptionally unique hotel (Animal Kingdom Lodge) and one of the largest holiday parks in Western Europe. In forming my own company, I sought to keep the flag firmly flying (alliteration gone mad!) for outstanding Guest care in hospitality settings.

Without this summary turning too much into "The Life and Times of Mr. Blackpool"​...

During my time spent working at those two hospitality heavyweights, I was always fascinated by seemingly abstract interactions and small tangible items making such colossal positive impacts in hospitality environments. Little Touches is the sum of those observations - a new vision for hospitality that has been brewing inside me for many years.
