La nueva era no te vende software para hacer el trabajo, te entrega el trabajo hecho, ejecutado por agentes de IA de forma autónoma. 

Eso es el Service-as-a-Software, y ya está redefiniendo cómo operan las empresas B2B.

Klarna reemplazó el trabajo de 700 agentes humanos en un mes. Harvey AI está automatizando bufetes de abogados enteros. Y según Jakob Nielsen, este modelo podría generar $50 billones para la economía global  10 veces más que todo el SaaS tradicional.

El cambio más importante no es tecnológico, es de modelo de negocio: dejas de pagar por licencias y empiezas a pagar por resultados. Solo cuando el objetivo se cumple.

Whoever gets closest to the customer wins.

AI won't necessarily bridge that gap.

Product Marketing will.

Invest accordingly.

Durante mucho tiempo creí que la madurez en analítica digital estaba relacionada con el tamaño de una empresa.

Más equipo.
Más presupuesto.
Mejores herramientas.

Y en teoría, tenía sentido.

Pero hace poco, mientras conversaba en un podcast, este tema hizo clic.
Y conectó perfecto con lo que veo todos los días trabajando con clientes.

He visto equipos pequeños, especialmente en productos SaaS, tomar mejores decisiones con datos que grandes organizaciones.
No porque tengan más información.
Sino por las personas y su cultura centrada en datos.

Personas que entienden el negocio.
Que entienden de dónde salen sus datos.
Que conocen sus límites.
Y que no usan la analítica para defender sus áreas, sino para tomar decisiones alineadas a los objetivos de negocio.

Ahí entendí que la madurez en analítica digital no depende del tamaño de la empresa, ni de la tecnología, ni del presupuesto.
Depende de la cultura interna y de cómo las personas usan los datos para tomar mejores decisiones.

Muchas veces no es falta de herramientas lo que frena a una empresa.
Es la falta de criterio para usarlas.

Tal vez no necesitas crecer más para ser más maduro.
Tal vez necesitas decidir mejor con los datos que ya tienes.

En tu equipo,
¿la analítica vive en las herramientas o en el criterio de las personas que toman decisiones?

Sabías que OpenAI confirmó un precio de aproximadamente USD $60 por cada mil impresiones (CPM), con un compromiso mínimo de USD $200,000 para los anunciantes que ingresan al programa beta y que Target, Adobe, Ford y Expedia ya están a bordo. 
¿Cuánto tiempo crees que tome para que estos precios sean más accesible para pequeñas y medianas empresas en todo el mundo?

En 2026, tu mejor cliente B2B no será una persona, será un Agente de IA. 🤖

¿Está tu catálogo preparado para el comercio "agéntico"?

 La mayoría de las empresas siguen optimizando para humanos, pero el futuro de las compras industriales y corporativas está en manos de algoritmos que buscan datos estructurados, APIs y precisión técnica.

Si tu información no es "leíble" para una IA, simplemente no existirás en el proceso de compra.

We’re watching companies die in real time from single feature releases. And nobody’s even trying yet.

Me, I believe that compute and money are the two “moats” that matter most right now. Every other historical moat is at risk, provided enough compute and enough money. 

That combination is already very challenging to win against. Single blog posts by those with compute and money mentioning their new expertise in some domain? Billions wiped off the stock market. Poof.

Why? Ira told you why. Those with compute whisper to the magic sand gods, release a new feature and your close rates vaporize. 

It’s getting harder, each and every day. The models in every domain become only more competent, not less. And those in control of the compute are moving at insane speeds with reckless abandon (which I suppose is critical to avoid running out of money)

In a lot of companies, your moat isn’t your product anymore. It’s whether AI can replicate the job your product does.

Candidly, we have yet to see anyone *truly* weaponize their compute at scale yet. Imagine spawning millions, or tens of millions!! of workers that work together to research, scaffold, and build entire companies. 

It’s coming. xAI’s Macrohard project will be the first public one; if it’s successful, expect many more to show up. There are many stealth startups working to crack this open as well (but they’ll need more compute and more money.)

Sure, many companies are safe. For now. 

Those companies with difficult-to-impossible switching costs, or with proprietary data, or with “hard/costly to replicate” items. Especially if the ROI of replication isn’t worth the squeeze. 

But when the world runs on software, and the software build and improves itself 24/7/365… it’s coming for every industry.

No es que seas tú, es que el comportamiento del comprador B2B cambió para siempre. Hoy, la decisión de compra de seis cifras se toma a las 10 de la noche desde una tablet, sin llamadas, sin presentaciones de PowerPoint y sin esperar un correo de "solicita tu demo".

El comprador moderno es anti-fricción. Si tu sitio web no le permite comparar, configurar y ver precios al instante, simplemente se va con la competencia que sí tenga un portal de autoservicio.

¿Estamos en el mejor momento para ser productivos? o terminamos trabajando para la herramienta en vez de que ella trabaje para nosotros.

He estado analizando esta Claude Code Workflow Cheatsheet y la verdad es que el rol de Senior Developer cambió por completo. Ya no somos solo artesanos de la lógica, ahora nos toca ser Arquitectos de Contexto.

Si miran la Sección 10 (Arquitectura de 4 capas) y la Sección 6 (Añadir "Superpoderes"), el flujo ya no es sentarse a tirar líneas parejo, sino cuadrar la memoria de la IA y dejarle todo masticado en archivos de configuración.

Abro el debate con dos cosas que me ponen a pensar:

1. Saturación de archivos basura: Si cada LLM pide su propio archivo de memoria (como el CLAUDE.md), ¿estamos creando una nueva "deuda técnica" solo para que la IA no se pierda? ¿No es esto trabajo extra?

2. Automatizaciones que van "a la fija" o riesgo total (Sección 9): La guía habla de darle permisos de sudo. Una cosa es que la IA nos ayude y otra muy distinta darle las llaves de la casa (y de la terminal). ¿Ustedes le soltarían el mando a un agente autónomo así de fácil?

Most developers think using Claude Code means opening a terminal and asking it to generate code.

But that barely scratches the surface.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been exploring how Claude Code actually works behind the scenes — experimenting with workflows, project structures, and agent-style development.

One thing became very clear:

The real power of Claude Code isn’t the prompt.
It’s the system around the prompt.

When configured properly, Claude Code behaves less like a chatbot and more like a structured AI engineering environment built on four key layers:

1️⃣ CLAUDE.md
The persistent memory of your project.

2️⃣ Skills
Reusable knowledge packs that Claude automatically invokes when needed.

3️⃣ Hooks
Deterministic rules and safety gates that enforce behavior.

4️⃣ Agents
Specialized sub-agents with their own context and responsibilities.

Many engineers install Claude Code and start prompting immediately.

But the difference between basic outputs and production-ready results usually comes down to how well the system is structured.

Here are a few practices that significantly improved my workflow:

→ Run /init on day one to generate your CLAUDE.md memory file
→ Organize the .claude/ directory with skills, hooks, and permissions
→ Write clear skill descriptions so Claude knows when to activate them
→ Use the memory hierarchy (global → project → folder) to control context
→ Add hooks for critical rules — hooks are enforced 100%, while memory rules are advisory

Once structured this way, Claude Code stops feeling like a simple coding assistant and starts behaving like a true AI development system.

Este vídeo no se hace viejo, cada vez que lo veo pienso en el sentido de la vida y en cómo lo que muchas veces llamamos “fracaso” es parte de ella, y también me pone a pensar en el significado del éxito. 

Muchos amigos y personas cercanas han sido despedidos en los últimos meses.
