I created MFit Workouts in 2013. It initially began as an in-person, personal training business as well as a fitness blog where I posted workout videos and health advice. 

I traveled to my clients homes to train them and posted online workout videos up until February 2020. 

➡️ In 2020, MFit Workouts became a fully online business. 

I now offer custom fitness programming, online group group classes, on-demand workout videos, small group training and private online training through the MFit Workouts platform. 

MFit, from the beginning, was designed to help people get in shape with quick home workouts. You're never too busy to workout if you can workout anywhere and your workout is as short as 5-minutes and never longer that 40-minutes.

My goal as a coach is to help people build sustainable fitness routines. Workout routines that they can maintain while building a business, supporting their family and enjoying life. You can do it all. And it doesn't have to take over you life.

My superpower is meeting my clients where they're at and helping them find what is the next best thing for their life. I'm not the coach who is going to help you transform your life overnight. I taught Yoga Sculpt at the Sherman Oaks and Pasadena locations for Hot 8 Yoga. Yoga sculpt is a weighted yoga class that includes a lot of resistance training mixed in with the traditional power yoga practice. Even when I taught the 6am class, 20+ students would show up and told me that they loved my playlists and energy.

When the studios closed during the pandemic, I taught classes for their online platform.

I was the lead instructor and yoga coordinator at Yogarami. I taught all of the yoga classes at the studio in addition to a couple spin classes a week. The yoga classes were high energy; including elements of both yoga and dance-style conditioning.

The people who come to me seeking advice are FED UP. They’ve tried “everything” to get in shape but nothing works or (potentially even worse) things work but no results stick for longer than a month or two. 

I’m sympathetic to these people because I used to be exactly the same. 

Let’s rewind… I’m Molly 👋 I grew up as a competitive gymnast and dancer. I moved to Los Angeles in 2011 to pursue a career in professional dance. I started performing and teaching dance classes, but quickly realized that I felt more passionate about taking my dancers through their CONDITIONING than choreographing dance performances. So, I stepped back from my dance career and created MFit Workouts in 2013. 

I have been active as either a competitive athlete, a professional dancer or a certified fitness coach since I was 5.

Now, that’s all sounds nice… but here’s what happened in between all of that:

My weight went up and down 20lbs every few months for 7 years due to over-training and burnout. Ankle and wrist injuries forced me to stop exercising for months at a time. I was bloated, tired and stressed even though I was exercising frequently. A concussion forced me to completely alter how I move my body forever. 

The concussion turned out to be a good thing (sort of… I mean it was horrible) as it helped me create the MFit method. 

MFit Workouts blend low impact cardio with functional strength training and corrective exercise to help people get results that not only make them look good but feel energized, less stressed and pain free too.

Most of my clients come to me:
✓ With past injuries and joint pain that is stopping them from exercising and changing their body
✓ Complaining about their broken metabolism or hormonal changes due to menopause
