AI Wars Heating Up - Week in Review

Most founders are building AI-enhanced products when they should be building AI-native ones.

There's a massive difference.

𝗔𝗜-𝗲𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀:
You take an existing product and add AI features.

Like an AI writing assistant to your CRM.
Or smart filters to your analytics tool.

The product works fine without AI. AI just makes it better.

𝗔𝗜-𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲:
The entire product architecture is designed around AI from day one.

Without AI, the product literally cannot exist.

I grew my lead gen agency to 1M ARR when I started taking LinkedIn seriously.

Before that, I was just another agency founder grinding on cold email alone.

This is what happened: ⤵

I was running a successful lead gen agency doing 20K MRR.

We were good at cold email. We knew our targeting. Our copy was solid.

LinkedIn became a credibility multiplier.
