2️⃣ Analiza i OCR faktur kosztowych (w tym KSeF)

Źródłami są pliki XML i PDF oraz dane z Fakturowni (po API)

Nasze automatyzacje:
→ Szczegółowo analizują faktury kosztowe (też po pozycjach)
→ Przenoszą podsumowania faktur do arkuszy
→ Tworzą raporty finansowe w arkuszach
→ Przesyłają raporty finansowe na maila
→ Zapisują pliki faktur na dysku

Oszczędność czasu: ok. 1,5 h/tyg per klient

Ważne: Przed automatyzacją nikt nie robił analizy po pozycjach, gdyż wymagało to godzin ręcznego przepisywania.

• Pobierają cudze szablony n8n

• Oczekują, że „wszystko się samo zautomatyzuje”

Idziwią się, że nic się nie zmienia.

Przepalają budżety, bo nie rozumieją, że:
❌ Agent AI nie rozwiąże problemów biznesowych.
❌ Szkolenie AI nie zmieni Twojej firmy w tydzień.
❌ Automatyzacja chaosu tylko zwiększa chaos.
❌ n8n nic nie da jeśli brakuje procesów.

Bo prawdziwa transformacja nie zaczyna się od Agenta.

NotebookLM, aleś mnie teraz zaimponował. Chciałem zrozumieć, co się dzieje w głowach dyrektorów finansowych i mam 6-minutowy film (100% AI). Wszystko z prostego prompta:

"Zrób mi dogłębną listę z największymi problemami i pragnieniami CFOs. Wymień zarówno, co widać na zewnątrz, jak i co dokładnie dzieje się w ich głowach (wewnętrzny dialog)"

Rzadko jestem pod dużym wrażeniem technologii AI...
Ale NotebookLM nie przestaje mnie zaskakiwać.

Czy ten filmik jest idealny? Absolutnie nie.
Ale:
- Narracja jest przyjemna dla ucha
- Tylko nieliczne błędy
- Obrazki są super

No i najważniejsze...
Ten filmik naprawdę pomaga mi zrozumieć, co się dzieje w głowach dyrektorów finansowych.
