Truth is...


Going to work at the Ritz-Carlton, in St. Louis was a pure COINCIDENCE.


In fact, before going there I almost signed with a famous hotel company in the UK.


Everything was set, just needed to sign the contract...until they decided to change the "rules" (last minute)...


So I decided to fly back to Italy and experience the American "vibe"


At the Ritz-Carlton St. Louis I learned two things:


1. How to communicate effectively with the guests and provide a memorable experience


And 


2. How to SELL.


When I was working in the Front Office department, I sold over $40000 in Upsells...


And still have the ALL-TIME record of enrollments for the Ritz-Carlton Member Loyalty program.


To achieve these results, I had to learn how to empathize with guests...


How to show the benefits and increase the perceived value of what they were getting...


But most importantly...I learned how to sell with INTEGRITY.
