I have validated inventory information for the existing corporate reporting tools while acting as inventory liaison between other departments, including IT, engineering, and accounting.

• Led all staff functions of processes documentation, quality assurance, maintenance of the documentation control system, continued improvement, capacity analysis, implement key performance’s indicators; statistical analysis; and internal help desk departments.
• Led and supervised a team of 35 employees among them (managers, process and statistic analysts and IT analysts), utilizing LEAN Methodology.
• Designed, developed and implemented the Requirements Manager Systems which measures and controls the analyst’s
performance processes and the impact on the Bank.
•Increased the bank’s performance through a 30% efficiency improvement of the operational processes.
•Supported the successfully fusion of 3 Companies of BHD GROUP to the BHD BANK.
