-Research historical lease ownership and/or production information and other special projects upon request of the landman – using IHS, NMOCD, TRRC, BLM, NMSLO, DrillingInfo, WebMap, Enertia, Quorum and OBO Database.
-Prepare, under the direction of landman and legal counsel, full JOA packets, Comm Agreements, DPU's, Letter Agreements, Term Assignments and more for signature and return to outside operators.
-Process incoming mail from outside operators.  
-Send relevant notices to corresponding asset teams.
-Input outside operator well proposal AFEs into AFE Workflow.
-Assist in WI calculations and pulling relevant documents and information for landman.
-Correspond with outside operators for information on proposals and contracts.
-Return AFEs to outside operators once election decision has been made.
-Prepare Transfer of Operating Rights and other documents for signature and returning/filing.
-Submit all JIV documents via COG's internal procedures for lease records and imaging.
-Prepare Well Requirement Sheets for any participating wells.
- Maintain JIV well comments and statuses in our internal Database.
-Run weekly reports for JIV meetings to review list of AFEs in routing. 
-Draft Check Requests for recordings and/or Cash Calls.
-Draft SWD Letter Agreements for non-op SWDs.
-Record documents in the counties as well as filing with the BLM when necessary. 
-Draft and send out Notices of Acquisitions & Divestiture for  JIV trades and/or divestitures.  
-Prepare ORRI Conveyances with Exhibits for Landman. 
-Notarize agreements. 
-Edit JOA's when necessary using Forms on a Disc. 
-Process documents using DocuSign when necessary.
-Collaborate thoroughly with land, legal, reservoir, geology, accounting, division orders, lease records, data management, corresponding supervisors, asset managers and VPs to assist in providing any requested information regarding non-operated properties.
