Ein positives Nutzererlebnis, Verweildauer und Conversion Rate sind die Erfolgskriterien für eine gute Webseite. Dafür ist ein tiefes Verständnis für das Bedürfnis des Nutzers notwendig. Dies wird in der Regel nicht erschaffen. Dies ist beim Nutzer schon vorhanden. Er möchte etwas erreichen und sucht hierfür eine Lösung. Er hat die Wahl zwischen verschiedenen Anbietern – wobei auch der Nicht-Konsum eine Option ist. Bei gleicher Funktionalität entscheidet letztendlich die Emotionalität der Marke.

Was passt zu mir. Wo fühle ich mich wohl. Dafür sind Erkenntnisse aus dem Neuromarketing eine wichtige Grundlage. Wie tickt der Mensch? Was macht ihn an? Welche Informationen interessieren ihn ganz besonders. Das spielt sich fast ausschließlich im Unterbewusstsein ab. Von 11.000.000 Sinneseindrücken kommen in unserem Bewusstsein nur 40 an – so die Wissenschaft.
