Fireart is a design and engineering studio working with clients like Google, Atlassian, Rolls Royce, Pipedrive, Bolt, and many more big tech brands and startups from YC and Techstars.

I lead strategy which means I get to wear many hats while supporting our cross-functional teams:

- Support strategy, design, and branding teams with direct client contact and execution help.
- Help the sales and success teams with pre-sales, pitch decks, execution strategy and customer support.
- Work directly with the CMO and Head of Marketing to define strategy and manage budget.
- Support the HR team by directly helping our Head of People do our best to ensure our employees are happy (high retention rate, 4.8 on Glassdoor and certified “Great place to work”).
- Part of the management board working closely with the CEO on decision.making about the company’s culture, strategy and growth.

Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), Partner

1. Have grown a product design team of 8 to 35 people.
2. Together, within a team, we defined our culture and values. 
3. Established the company's design process.
4. Integrated such additional services as workshops, design audits, branding, and brand strategy.
5. As a part of the managing board, I contributed to the revenue growth. (1.2x-1.7x each year).
6. Increase the success rate of the projects. (there is only 1% of projects that hadn’t been delivered)
7. Took part in building the PM department. (from 1 to 5 team members)
8. I was the hiring manager for the design, project management, and branding departments.
9. I don't afraid to roll-up my sleeves. It was never a problem to take Figma and support my folks with a design or take care of the project management side of the project.

• Led the design of a platform for managing and analyzing financial and economic data at Fitch Ratings, streamlining workflows for research analysts and data teams. Worked closely with the Product Owner to gather requirements and define user flows. Contributed to the company’s design system and provided design support on parallel projects.

Project 1 (UBS Bank):
• As a product designer, I was building and enhancing web/mobile mortgage products, designing large-scale prototypes, and creating wireframes based on in-depth research insights. Working with sprints, iterative design methodology, and continuously developing a product vision for the coming years.
• Designed a MVP for a mobile app mortgage overview, significantly improving the mean satisfaction score from 3.2 to a 4.83 (out of 5).

Project 2 (Aeon):
• Participated in designing a responsive web app for a finance-focused money transfer startup, focusing on features like connecting crypto wallets and multi-currency accounts.

Project 3 (Quilt):
• As product designer, I lead the creation of a mental health-focused mobile app, integrating gaming elements and AI for engagement. My responsibilities include establishing a design system from scratch, shaping the app's vision, and designing the MVP of both web and mobile apps.

Craft Innovations

• As a contract designer for a short-term project, I was involved in a process of redesigning the company website, ensuring it met user needs and wants, and aligned with research outcomes and user personas.
• Worked together with the graphic designer to define the fundamental branding guidelines and the company’s tone of voice.

Belov Digital Agency

• Communicating with clients and gathering initial requirements to ensure project success. 
• Played a key role in the creation of two of our own products, including a service that streamlines the transfer of credentials and eliminates errors, and a product for maintaining and managing WordPress sites. 
• Improving the company's website, conducting evaluations and validations of features, providing supervision during development, and working closely with the development team to ensure that all projects were completed on time and to a high standard.
