- Working with the Leadership Team of a large Pensions Administrator to assess and coach them to work effectively together plus I designed/ facilated all leadership and business offsite events.
- Working with a  medium sized niche London recruitment firm as their business coach and deputising for the CEO, as required
- Working with a large specialist law practice to build the business development skills of all of their Partners - we ran four successful four month programs that I designed and delivered with a colleague.

I led this small boutique consultancy developing and delivering people agenda projects in the Middle East.  I worked extensively in Saudi Arabia and in Bahrain. I worked alone and brought in teams of skilled specialists and change agents as required.

Projects included:
- A Communication Strategy for the largest bank in Saudi Arabia - to establish a communication function, support recruitment into key roles, develop and deliver a large scale award winning 'Ambassador' Employee Engagement Program over 2 years; and create the transformation communication strategy/ plan and support implementation for a bank wide Technology Transformation Program.
- A Communication Strategy and plan for the Saudi Stock Exchange.

A short stint where I helped the owner establish the business. and then became a Business Performance Coach. We worked with  SME and family led owner managed entrepreneurial businesses in Saudi Arabia seeking to grow.

I joined as a Senior Communication Consultant and then became the Organisation Development Team Lead helping to establish the specialism and the team. We focused on quantitative and qualitative employee research and strategic communication - delivering projects on communication strategy, employee engagement and culture change. I was a European Partner.

My last role there was an internal one as part of a Practice Leadership Team working on a large scale Technology Transformation Project as Communication Lead and a Change Coach. I was doing my MSc in Change Agency at the time, so the internal role was a great development opportunity to apply my new and existing skills in a different way.

Projects included: 
- Led the largest global project that had been undertaken at that time for Mercer - one of the first ever on employee engagement for a Top 100 global corporate. The employee sensing involved customer facing groups in 75 facilitated sessions within over 35 countries - validated, collated and used to inform Senior Leadership People Strategy Development.
- Communication Audit, Strategy and Communication Function creation for European Operations of a Global Food Retailer 
- Communication Audit and Strategy for a Large UK Food Retailer.
- Numerous quantitative and qualitative employee engagement surveys
- New Business Event Facilitation for three business acquisitions into one new unit.

I joined the family firm to fill in for a few weeks and ended up staying seven years. I helped build the business into a medium sized London based boutique consultancy with 16 consultants. We specialised in supporting Professional Service Firms to develop business and marketing plans. We always worked with the clients to provide business coaching and training to implement the plans.

In addition we then evolved into a leading Investors in People Consultancy, where I developed our methodology to become the top preferred supplier for the London TEC. I also became an Investors in People Assessor. I was a Director of the business, senior consultant, led all our marketing efforts and a consultant team.

Projects included:
- Leadership Development, Business Plans and Marketing Plans for 10 medium sized professional Firms.
- Leadership Development and Marketing Plans with three leading London Architecture Practices.
- Investors in People support for over 100 organisations including Global and UK Brands, top London Hotels, Government Departments and Agencies, Professional Firms, Zoos, Prisons and Army Regiments.
