An FCA, MBS, TMITI, GPMI and IPASS qualified accountant, Brona has more than twenty five years of financial, operational, talent management, leadership and customer engagement experience. 

Continuously seeking to broaden her knowledge base, she has added numerous other qualifications in areas such as Organisational Development and Transformation, Lean SixSigma Green Belt, Leadership and Executive individual and team coaching.

As Director of Managed Payroll Services in Ireland Brona plays a pivotal role in operationalising corporate strategy. Within Paycheck Plus by IRIS she is responsible for implementing and overseeing daily operations as well as establishing and maintaining the policies that promote the organisation's culture and vision. She is an indefatigable asset to a company seeking year on year exponential growth with a plethora of award wins throughout her tenure.
