Here's what that means:

Most brands think they need "more creative." So they brief their team:

"Make 10 new ads this month."

What they get back: 
10 variations of the same concept. Different hooks, different B-roll, maybe different talent. 

But fundamentally the same psychological approach.

That's not 10 ads. That's one angle with 10 executions.

An angle is the core strategic premise. 

The "why should I care" that everything else hangs on.

"This product solves [specific pain point]" = one angle
"This product delivers [aspirational outcome]" = different angle
"This product works differently than [expected solution]" = different angle
"You're already doing [behavior], this makes it better" = different angle
"Everyone else is wrong about [belief]" = different angle

Each angle appeals to different psychology, performs in different audiences, and fatigues independently.

What I see working at scale:

The brands spending $500K+ monthly? 

They're running 8-12 distinct angles simultaneously. Each angle might have 2-3 executions, but the strategic diversity is in the angles, not the volume.

They're not asking "Can we make more content?"

They're asking "What angles haven't we tested?"

Pain point vs aspiration. Social proof vs founder story. Education vs entertainment. Problem-unaware vs solution-aware.

When one angle fatigues, the others keep performing because they're reaching fundamentally different audience psychology.

The brands stuck at $200K are making their 47th iteration of the same winning ad.

The brands at $3M are testing their 9th completely different approach.

Your creative production bottleneck isn't volume.

Most brands blame Meta's algorithm, iOS, or audience saturation when performance plateaus.

But 90% of the time, the problem is creative infrastructure.

Here's a simple diagnostic you can run in 10 minutes:

Check #1: Pull your creative library

Count how many unique concepts you've tested in the last 90 days.

Not variations. Not hook swaps. Actual distinct concepts.

Compare to your monthly spend:

$10-30k/month → you need 7-10 concepts
$30-60k/month → you need 15-20 concepts
$60-100k/month → you need 20-30 concepts

If your number is 50% below these benchmarks, creative volume is your constraint.

Check #2: Look at your top 5 performing ads

How long have they been running?

If your best performers are 30+ days old and you don't have fresh winners graduating to replace them, you're one fatigue cycle away from a performance crash.

Healthy accounts have new winners graduating weekly. Stagnant accounts ride 2-3 ads until they die, then scramble.

Check #3: Calculate your hit rate

Total concepts tested ÷ concepts that scaled profitably = hit rate

If your hit rate is above 40%, you're not testing aggressively enough. 

You're playing it safe with concepts too similar to what's already working.

If your hit rate is below 15%, your creative strategy is broken. 

You're guessing, not testing hypotheses.

Sweet spot: 20-30% hit rate with high testing volume.

Check #4: Review your account structure

Are you testing new creative in the same campaigns where you're scaling winners?

If yes, you can't diagnose what's working. 

When performance drops, you don't know if:

Your winner fatigued
New tests are dragging down averages
Budget increases triggered learning phases
Testing and scaling need separate environments.

Check #5: Audit your production cadence

When was the last time you launched new creative?

If it's been more than 7 days, you don't have a production system, you have an ad hoc scramble.

Sustainable scale requires predictable creative flow. 

Weekly launches minimum at $30k+ spend.

What your answers mean:

If you failed 3+ of these checks, creative infrastructure is your bottleneck.

On Sunday, I was working on my next entrepreneurs' event...

When I saw the event overview for the BBQ we did this past summer with my brother.

Imagine 28 people, a Michelin level chef, and a good time.

But what I loved the most about the event?

It was that I got to work with my brother on it.

He takes what he does as seriously as I do. Making sure that people have a great time!

People loved the food, especially the dessert!

It was a salted corn dessert that you had no idea would taste as good as it did.

That day is a memory I'll cherish forever, and I hope to do more with him in the future.

He's now back near New York working at Blue Hill, but I'm super happy we got to spend time together.

6 years ago, I was working full-time as a Sales Engineer...

Today, I run my own business, it's profitable every month, I've lived internationally, and I can make close connections with people in all industries.

And it's all because of one conversation that changed my entire life.

I remember the day like it was yesterday:

Sitting at a sushi restaurant with a coworker of mine, and then he shared an idea with me that changed my perspective on how things could be.

That was the day I started my journey from helping businesses with their technology stack as an employee...

To work with business owners and C-suite executives 1-1 to scale and grow their companies.

Now, 6 years later, I'm running a successful remote team and providing a service that has helped hundreds of businesses.

One day, CJAM will help thousands of businesses stop wasting time and money with bad agencies, so they can scale their companies, surpass their competition, and make more sales.

And it all started with an idea, saying yes to a new opportunity, and just working hard to make the vision come to life.

I can't wait to see what the future holds!

So I watched the interview between Tony Robbins and Alex Hormozi.

I'm in marketing but I don't really care to follow Alex Hormozi, he's done great things for himself. 

But who I do love following is Tony Robbins. Because of whatever he's gone through in life, he leads with his heart. 

I love watching him wanting to help others that have massive potential but are chasing the wrong things. 

The daulity of the conversation was what stood out from me.

On one side you got an extremely successful business owner being driven by suffering and avoiding happiness. 

While on the other, someone who has found that their mission is to give to others in the most maximum way he possibly can.

To the point where he's trying to bring out the best in Alex and unleash what he can really do for the world.  

I think if your driven by money and "winning" the game, you'll end up on a mountain you will realize was never worth climbing. 

But if your driven by becoming better as a human, and finding ways to give back to those around you. Life will feel way more fulfilling.

The talk did make me think about what my moonshot goal was. 

And for now what I'm tinkering with is teaching 1,000,000 people how to connect deeper with others both in personal and business life.

Everyone recommends sticking with the same marketing partner as you grow.

But here's why that fails.

-I had a conversation with a VC friend of mine, who had built a team that wasn't ready for the next stage of growth.
So he had to make some changes that should have been made months before.

-These are always tough decisions to make as a CEO.
But ones that have to be made sooner than later.

-It made me think of other customers and business owners I know, that keep underperforming marketing partners because it's often easier to ignore it, or just hope that one day they will catch up.
But this always costs them future potential growth.

-And the businesses that made the required changes, keeping up with the shifts, get ahead.

Business is hard, but it will always be harder without the right people and partners.

I have mixed feelings around AI.

On one hand, it's an extremely powerful tool.

And some businesses are using it in very impressive ways.

On the other hand, I feel we are getting more and more disconnected.

From generic AI social posts to AI-generated emails and everything in between.

I've gotten emails where people say they want to build a partnership, but you can clearly tell it's AI written.

Or people responding to me in social media with long messages, clearly crafted, edited and sent through AI.

Or applications that seem like people are the perfect fit, and yet again it's just AI exaggerating experiences.

It feels sad to me to be in a world where we think AI saves us time, but it just speeds things up.

The more you can do, the more you will do... and life just keeps getting faster.

Not sure where we will end up, but it's what I've been thinking about.
