In 2026, building a quick demo is effectively free. AI lets you pace through the Discovery phase at 10x speed. But look at the chart:
 
There is a cliff between Discovery and Delivery.
 
Where the "Exit Probability" spikes.
 
Where you realize the data isn’t ready.
Or the model isn’t reliable enough for a live customer.
Or the edge cases are too expensive to fix.
 
That high failure rate is actually fine. 
It’s a filter.

The problem is if the shipping rate is 0.

Because ROI only happens when you cross the blue line into Production.

Building the "shipping muscle" – to take the one surviving idea and deploy it as a real asset – is the most important skill that counts right now.

PwC just released a new survey with 4,454 CEOs across 95 countries.

Take a look at this chart:

56% saw zero financial benefit from AI.
Only 12%(!) saw revenue AND cost impact.

What are these 12% doing differently? 

According to the report, the winners have:

✓ AI-ready tech stack and data environment
✓ A clear enterprise AI roadmap
✓ AI governance and risk management in place
✓ People and culture readiness for change

All of which are huge.

But 1 critical piece is still missing. 
(Tbh I think it's the most important.)

1. Created a model for cross-attracting leads from different departments
2. Lots of connections to lead sources have been built 
3. The lead generation funnel has been built to service channels
4. A technology for enriching and ranking leads has been created for the purpose of serving targeted potential customers in portions.
5. A tool for the distribution of retail banking products within the legal entity has been created.

All points below are helping me in my work:
a. A development strategy has been drawn up until the end of 2021.
b. All metrics are calculated and tracked.
c. All CJMs (client paths) have been compiled.
d. A map of stakeholders has been compiled.
e. The backlog is managed and the tasks are cut into priorities.
f. Regular Scrum and Scrum of scrums activities.
g. Regular demos performances after each sprint and supersprint.

Key areas of responsibility:

Main goals: 
In the shortest possible time the MVP was brought to market with small sales and delivery team. After six months in 2020, according to customer and partner reviews - the best RPA platform in the Russian Federation. Has got Skolkovo residency. Several of our own offline and online partner and client events were held.

Now the product is a TOP3 products in Russia and competitor of world leaders in the market.
