Defined the overall seasonal range architecture for the adidas brand, considering distribution, space, geography, pricing, cross-category balance, and qualitative factors; always with a consumer perspective. Also implemented consumer pricing initiatives, including value-based pricing and psychological pricing, and managed the overall range segmentation process across all global Business Units.
Created and delivered a successful range architecture process and range roadmap, introduced value-based pricing methodology, and implemented an improved range segmentation structure. This enabled significant range size reduction with positive results, and improvements in range efficiency. VBP provided better consumer-focused pricing, and Business Units were able to more precisely manage their product distribution.  
I built a strong team from scratch to enable these results.

Responsible for Go-To-Market planning and execution for all Training product categories (Apparel, Footwear, and Accessories) within the Performance sub-brand on a global basis. Led a cross-category team to build comprehensive GTM plans which could be implemented across all markets, and worked with the BU Head to define mid/long-term strategies.

During my business career I've worked in fashion, luxury goods, and sporting goods, covering B2C and B2B. My functional expertise covers PMAR, product marketing, Go to Market, logistics, supply chain, process management and IT. Since I switched to consulting I've worked for clients in fields including personal healthcare, travel retail, facilities management, FMCG and retail sustainability.  

I've been a respected leader of teams and projects and I‘m really good at what I do. I've been working a long time in several countries with many positive results, and I've often learned by recognising and correcting mistakes: I'm still learning! 

My family is very important to me. I'm a Manchester Utd supporter since childhood, love skiing, and particularly enjoy Bavarian beers.
