Developed personalized campaign messages tailored to each segment. Achieved remarkable results, including up to a 20% increase in acquisition and engagement rates, as well as a reduction in churn rate.

• Managing up to IDR 30 Billion annual marketing budget for digital and non-digital placement, offline events, and digital marketing technology implementation.
• Led the execution of performance marketing, push notification, direct sms, whatsapp for business, and e-mail campaigns for education and acquisition. Contributing to the growth of active mobile banking user by 61% annually.
• Managing corporate website www.bankmandiri.co.id/livin. Implemented SEO principles in both content copy and meta content to gain top rank in organic search.
• Developed 100+ educational web contents about the Bank's primary online banking product which led to the increase of 30% organic views. Developing contents using html, CSS and JS on a liferay CMS.
• Leading the procurement and implementation of Google Marketing Platform for web and mobile marketing analytics (Google Analytics 360, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, and Google BigQuery). Handled personally the tagging for Firebase analytics, reports in GA and Google Data Studio, and Web Tagging on GTM.
• Leading the management of various marketing analytics tools for the bank’s digital marketing attempts. The tools consists of Google Analytics (GA UA and GA 4), Firebase Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and social media listening tools (Digimind). 
• Developed tens of published marketing and PR copies on various indonesian media. Developed copy for corporate’s public statements, awards submission, media releases, interview responses, advertorials, and digital campaigns. Also developed essays that wins the 2021 and 2022 Asia Money Best Digital Banking Awards.

•	Led the procurement of $100.000 worth of training services in Banking Simulation Area
•	Led the procurement of $800.000 worth of training services in Managerial Capability Area

Leadership Development Academy Manager

•	Coordinated a team of multinational consultant to build model and calculation for IT Cost per Transaction of bank’s product and channel. Categorized IDR 2+ Bio (USD 150+ Mio) IT OPEX cost into 60++ individual system cost. Reduced processing time from 9 to 4 months.
•	Coordinated 5 team members to work with 7 different units in the management of USD 100++ Million annual IT investment budget which is distributed to 100-120 IT projects. 
•	Developed presentation on new concept of IT budget management and presented in the front of Senior VPs and all Project Manager from IT and business division. The new budgeting system increased the operational efficiency of investment portfolio teams by more than 2 folds.
•	Awarded full time scholarship for master study. Selected as 1 of 18 out of 30.000+ employees for Bank’s Leadership Development Program.

•	Developed IT Steering Committee presentation material for annual bankwide IT Investment decision and quarterly IT Investment reporting.
