For the past several years, I have been serving as an Account and Customer Success Manager championing high-cost medication products ( 500k annual, lifetime use drugs), leading the vendor/ project management cycle from procurement to medication delivery.

► Project Management rolled out a “first of its kind” knowledge base to enhance the productivity of 100+ medical staff who needed to access medical records that were not part of the Cerner EHR.


► Project Management, during the COVID pandemic, evolved a need to support better the COVID hotline where the public received prompt direction on testing, vaccination or treatment in a way that did not increase ER volume.

► Collaborated cross-functionally with a team of 20 high-performing healthcare stakeholders and supported customer and partner success of 32+ high-cost medication accounts.

► Spearhead relationship building with internal stakeholders ( clinicans, providers, specialists) to drive continued adoption of Cerner Powerchart.

► Managed relationships with partners in care delivery and served as the liaison between interdepartmental teams and external stakeholders ( payers, community leaders, Cerner vendors) to ensure drug product process adoption and software implementation went smoothly.

► Nurtured relationships, used outlook, salesforce and other cloud-based tools to maintain relationships that can be quickly activated when a prompt, high stakes, mutually beneficial resolution is needed.
