•	Started as an inside sales representative before progressing through promotions from Tech 1 to Tech 3 level support.
•	Selected as a Coordinator for hurricane and storm operations. Contacted customers proactively in affected areas to coordinate service repairs as well as provide food and Wi-Fi hotspots.
•	Spearheaded communications for a cross-functional team that amplified all success initiatives within the department.
•	Contributed to a project promoting the Virtual Hallway app on MS Teams which enabled informal employee connections and communication.
•	Won Employee of the Month Award for having the lowest repeat customer call rate.

I was contracted to develop Pyramid’s DE&I strategy by creating and organizing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).

Highlights of accomplishments in this role include:

•	Launched 7 new ERGs at the first staffing firm to have ERGs for a contingent workforce.
•	Partnered with Executive Sponsors and Ambassadors to support both full-time and contingent employees through content creation and resources.
•	Formed communities for employees to come together, socialize, have a sense of belonging, and find professional development opportunities.
•	Hosted webinars with 70% participation rate (based on invitations).

I managed operations and instructional programming for the city of Baltimore under the No Child Left Behind Act. I oversaw and influenced educational achievement for three adult educational centers in Washington, D.C.

I am an accomplished neurodiversity and organizational development expert with extensive DE&I experience in diverse corporate and community environments. I am driven to change the landscape for neurodivergent employees by having them own their superpower. I support individuals who are neurodivergent as a professional coach with the Autism network and a volunteer coach for Partners in Change.

I demonstrate success in elevating DE&I awareness and capacity as both an internal change agent and external consultant. I currently Co-Chair and serve as a Board Member for the DE&I Committee of the Georgetown Visitation Alumnae Association.
