Since we started selling on Amazon 8 years ago we have been on a learning rollercoaster of successes and failures. Our business has gone to from zero to a million and back more than 3 times through the years, but finally, we have built successful strategies for most important components needed in order to be a successful Amazon seller.

Through the years we have built a team of sourcing agents, designers, copywriters, and marketing specialists. Our design and marketing team is based in Europe, and our sourcing team and warehouse are in Shenzhen, China. With both teams working in perfect synergy, we can now offer our services to other Amazon sellers.

I was in charge of the distribution of Rival Boxing Gear for Europe, traveling and meeting up with new wholesale customers, so we can get the brand into as many shops in Europe as possible.

Key Account Manager

In this role I was responsible for the entire employer branding and communication needs within the Evolution Gaming’s International Operations, which is composed of the Malta, Belgium, Spain, and Romania studios. An important aspect of this role was to manage the communication channels to facilitate information-sharing among the international group through the internal systems (Confluence, JIRA, Intranet etc).
I was also responsible of negotiating with external vendors, organize internal events and initiatives such as Company parties, focus groups and project management of global campaigns.

Employer Branding and Communications Manager

Fully responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment needs within Evolution International Operations, by keeping up to date with the Company’s need and future planning, in order to make sure all staff required to be in place. The main duties were to interview potential employees for a number of different roles, negotiate rates and liaise with recruitment agencies, and deal with a number of recruitment inquiries. 
Additionally, promote the Company on several social networks and platforms, in order to attract talent and initiate brand awareness.

Recruitment Executive

I was responsible of managing the Training team, ensuring that the correct skills of each game are taught to the trainees. I was also in charge to overview and control the selection process of new employees, by screening, setting up and attending recruitment meetings and interviews. Fully responsible to provide all Training and Recruitment related documentation, such as departments’ KPIs.
