Based in the university, where a group of students collaborate to plan and co-creating the future Sociology, Criminology, and Joint Honours programme.

I was very excited to give the perspective of an international student. Because the University of Nottingham, and many UK universities continue to stay home to studentsts from diverse backgrounds. My perspective was also important in the internships’ goal to decolonise the curriculums’ focus and topics by including more global perspectives and scholars.

I am a second-year Sociology student at the University of Nottingham with aspirations to pursue postgraduate studies in Public or Social Policy or Legal Studies, with broad interdisciplinary interests spanning Sociology, Political Science, Economics, Philosophy, History, and Law. I plan to establish my career and settle in the United Kingdom. 

I am skilled in research, critical thinking, analysis, and writing. I am committed to applying both logical and empathetic approaches to complex social and global issues. I am shaped by multicultural environments, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect across diverse backgrounds.

Alongside studies, I am actively developing a blog on social and political topics while pursuing interests in writing, reading, debating and swimming.
