As a committed engineer with a fervent interest in Process Systems Engineering (PSE), I obtained my degree in Chemical Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU), where I also gained valuable practical experience through completing four internships in academia and industry. My unwavering fascination with computational research led me to pursue a Master's degree at Gebze Technical University (GTU), where I am currently working on my dissertation project entitled Machine Learning-Oriented Design of Hard Carbon Anodes for Developing High-Performance Sodium-Ion Batteries. Though I faced challenges such as adapting to a new culture and losing a scholarship due to a low GPA, I persevered and achieved my goals with flying colors.
