Recruiting, developing, coaching and assisting Sales Engineers to deliver best in class solutions for highly complex WAN/LAN environments. Involved in the sales cycle from beginning to end, delivering presentations to audiences including C-Level decision makers, discussing customer challenges and developing business solutions to enhance capabilities of client networks and communications. I use performance based goals to coach and develop the team, while providing ongoing education on complex technologies and products.

Sales Engineering Senior Manager

Pre-sales engineer for National and Strategic accounts responsible for the design of complex WAN and voice solutions, including converged services such as MPLS, VPLS. Enterprise SIP, and traditional private line, SONET and wavelength services.. I also leverage managed services utilizing the broad list of IP based products, such as Hosted Security, Hosted PBX and Content Delivery, to form solutions for the customer's voice and data needs. I am involved from pre-sales through implementation, responsible for ensuring the design meets the customer's expectations. I use a consultative sales approach, and continue working with customers to leverage technology to enhance their business flows and drive down expenses.

I have served on the VoIP Subject Matter Expert team since 2009 to assist engineers across the country with complex VoIP solutions, especially Enterprise class SIP trunking.

🔲Nearly two decades ago, a frail little boy was found wandering on the streets. ▫️He was undernourished, abandoned, and struggling to survive.
▫️His name was Hope, but his life and future seemed bleak and uncertain.

🔲Then one woman  stepped forward. She chose compassion over indifference.
▫️She took responsibility for the child the world had neglected . ▫️There were no guarantees, no grand plans just a simple human decision to care.

🔲Years passed..The fragile child slowly grew stronger. ▫️Education replaced uncertainty. ▫️Dignity replaced despair.
▫️And today, that same little boy stands tall proudly holding a college degree.

🔲A journey that began on the streets has reached a milestone of ample possibilities and opportunities ahead.

 🔲A powerful reminder that sometimes love,kindness and compassion  can rewrite even the most heartbreaking beginnings into stories of triumph.

🔲The biggest transformations begin with the smallest human gestures.
✔️One act of kindness. ✔️One moment of empathy. ✔️One decision not to look away.

As Mother Teresa said: “Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love.”

Sunday Funday 🌞😊
International Women’s day

🚺Year in and year out we celebrate this day  with candy floss speeches, conferences, roses , inspiring posts and awards.

❓But to with what end.
❓Does conferences lead to action.
❓Does applause lead to equality.
❓Do debates lead to respect.

❓In effect does real change follow with o single day of celebrations.

❓Does the world for women across the world become a better place to live in.
❓Is respect seasonal.
❓Is safety for women optional.
❓Is equality a privilege, a right or a one day discount.

🚺This year, the United Nations theme calls for “Rights. Justice. Action for All Women and Girls.”

🚺And that is perhaps the real question before us.

🚺Empowerment is not a hashtag .

🚺It is not a ceremonial tribute observed once a year. 

🚺Celebration without change is incomplete and a sham.

🚺A woman deserves respect every single day whether as a homemaker, a professional,a daughter  or daughter in law or a mom 

❓If she is celebrated today but  silenced tomorrow what is the point of celebrating today.

🚺A day when there is hoopla around Women’s Day simply means nothing if we don’t change the way we treat  women appropriately in their presence and behind their back.

🚺Here is to celebrating Women’s day today and everyday through rights, justice, and real action.

☀️And yes it is Sunday too.

🔲The Gulf War has entered our homes quietly through screens, our phones, between conversations, morning tea and our daily routine .
▫️Not as history or documentary footage from another era but in real time.

🔲Distance no longer shields us from the war cries. 
▫️Headlines update constantly. 
◽️Strikes, counter-strikes with hardening stands warn us.
▫️Airspaces close and passengers are stranded.
▫️Missiles arc, drones hover across silent night skies.
▫️Explosions puncture darkness, into frightening balls of fire. 

🔲Every plume of smoke, every shattered street, every desperate call for safety tears us apart.  
▫️Fear travels at lightning speed. 
▫️Frantic families reach out to their loved ones . 
▫️Grief and suffering breaks us.

🔲But there is no sign of abatement.. 
▫️Diplomacy struggles. 
▫️Retaliation, revenge is the only language that prevails with hardening battle lines. 

🔲And the rings of fire not only destroy civilisation but rearranges innocence. 
▫️Sirens replace school bells.
▫️Children led into shelters, lessons abandoned mid-sentence.
▫️The sound of learning competes with the sound of survival.

🔲Meanwhile, I sit in my country and the warmth of my home.
▫️An ordinary comforting routine continues 
▫️Children return safely from school 
▫️Markets open with usual hustle.
▫️We argue laugh,complain, and move ahead.
▫️No shelters.
▫️No evacuation routes.
▫️No blaring sirens.
▫️No fear of a missile 

🔲Life is not without turbulence, fractures and frustration. 
▫️Acrimonious, shrill political discourse turn into  an ugly battleground.
▫️Cast and communal divides fester .
▫️Television studios roar, social media magnifies and incites chasms.
▫️Poverty, unemployment, inequality, test our social fabric.

🔲But peace is not a problem free world. 
▫️Ugly exchange of words fired are not weapons . 
▫️Fierce disagreements do not threaten coexistence. 
▫️Raised voices are not sirens. 
▫️Frustrations do not threaten existence . 
▫️No perfection, but no bullets either.

🔲 Peace is fragile but in the bleeding war cries, where only survival has become a primary goal. 
▫️ We are still our blessed: 
▫️To live to see another day . 
▫️To live without the fear of what may fall from the sky. 
▫️The luxury of ordinary worries, thrills, anxiety and opinions.

🔲May we never take  peace  for granted. 
▫️Perhaps gratitude should begin here.
▫️Indeed a silent blessing that lets nations sleep, children dream, and tomorrow arrive gently. 
▫️A quiet reminder of how fortunate we truly are when our loudest battles are fought with words and scoreboards, not sirens and smoke.
▫️Instead of the fire power in the skies, we look upwards with hope for rain, for  sunshine for relief and for celebrations 
▫️And yes, in a lighter vein, fingers crossed  for a T20 World Cup victory.

When Law Becomes A  Weapon

🚺Recent  reports highlight a new Taliban penal code in Afghanistan that has sparked outrage from human-rights groups:
◽️The law reportedly allows husbands to physically punish wives as long as there are no “broken bones or open wounds.” 
▫️It normalise control over women’s lives through institutional rules rather than overt acts of violence.  

🚺Critics say this effectively legitimises domestic violence and weakens protections that previously existed for women.  
▫️Women may struggle to seek justice because proving abuse becomes harder and legal recourse is limited.  
▫️The wider criminal code is also accused of reinforcing class-based justice and deepening restrictions on women’s rights.  

❓And where does this end changes go beyond individual cases.
▫️The disparity in different ways to treat each gender is impossible to ignore. A woman can face months in jail for visiting her family without permission, but a man who breaks her bones may face just days behind bars.

🚺This isn’t about culture but about control over a woman and the indisputable supremacy of man where  inequality and torture for a woman is spelt out in law. 
▫️It not only becomes intentional but also uncomfortable for all of us .

🚺This isn’t just a policy update. But a chilling reminder of how easily women’s pain can be minimised when it’s written and redefined into legal language. 
▫️The danger is not confined to geography. Nor is this about politics. It is about a painful reality that demands reflection beyond outrage.
▫️Erosion of rights rarely begins with one dramatic act .
▫️It begins with small legal shifts that make inequality appear acceptable.
▫️Control, exclusion,discrimination and fear becomes a away of life
▫️When violence is measured only in broken bones, everything else the bruises, the fear, the control, the silence, the trauma  is treated as if it doesn’t exist.

🚺Behind  every clause lies a human reality that only gets grimmer and bleak:
▫️Classrooms were already empty 
▫️Voices  had already been silenced. 
▫️Fear and helplessness haunt.
▫️And homes supposed to be havens of security and love but where torture and cruelty is embedded , institutionalised and normalised in Afghanistan.

❓Can this war torn world amidst its constant power struggle looks away.
▫️When the world watches quietly as women’s rights are negotiated away, it risks creating a dangerous precedent that freedom can be conditional. ▫️ Every time society justifies discrimination as tradition, it moves a step further away from progress. 
▫️It reshapes the moral compass of society itself.

🚺Let us remember: empowerment is not a campaign reserved for a single day. 
▫️It is a continuous commitment to question injustice, amplify unheard voices, and refuse to accept atrocities of any kind.

🚺The question before us is simple yet profound:
❓What does progress mean if freedom becomes negotiable.
