Recruiting, developing, coaching and assisting Sales Engineers to deliver best in class solutions for highly complex WAN/LAN environments. Involved in the sales cycle from beginning to end, delivering presentations to audiences including C-Level decision makers, discussing customer challenges and developing business solutions to enhance capabilities of client networks and communications. I use performance based goals to coach and develop the team, while providing ongoing education on complex technologies and products.

Sales Engineering Senior Manager

Pre-sales engineer for National and Strategic accounts responsible for the design of complex WAN and voice solutions, including converged services such as MPLS, VPLS. Enterprise SIP, and traditional private line, SONET and wavelength services.. I also leverage managed services utilizing the broad list of IP based products, such as Hosted Security, Hosted PBX and Content Delivery, to form solutions for the customer's voice and data needs. I am involved from pre-sales through implementation, responsible for ensuring the design meets the customer's expectations. I use a consultative sales approach, and continue working with customers to leverage technology to enhance their business flows and drive down expenses.

I have served on the VoIP Subject Matter Expert team since 2009 to assist engineers across the country with complex VoIP solutions, especially Enterprise class SIP trunking.

In 2021, I left my role as a tech exec and moved to the Peruvian Amazon to build a retreat centre.

8 years earlier, during an Ayahuasca retreat, I had a vision to create a place where people could reconnect with themselves, nature, and sacred plants. 10 years and 3 startups later, I was living a workaholic lifestyle. I was burnt out and unfulfilled. So, I packed up my life and immersed myself in the jungle to follow that vision.

3 things define my path: people, plants, and creativity. I find purpose where they intersect, and see myself as a bridge between them.

My journey with cannabis hasn’t always been balanced. I found myself in a pattern of excessive use and dependency. Through lots of trial and error, I've come to know the importance of a conscious relationship with the plant -- one rooted in intentionality, respect, and balance.

I’ve studied astrology, herbalism, Ayurveda, alchemy, and shamanism, which have shaped my approach to life. 

These traditions inform how I now work with cannabis, which, when used intentionally, can be as powerful for transformation as Ayahuasca. In the right setting, with the right cadence, cannabis facilitates profound healing as an entheogen. 

Today, I lead Conscious Cannabis, a community and learning experience exploring cannabis for spiritual growth, wellness, and creative expression. 

Through ceremony, cadence, and intentional practice, I help people cultivate a healthy relationship with cannabis, honouring both themselves and the plant.
