Pre-sales engineer for National and Strategic accounts responsible for the design of complex WAN and voice solutions, including converged services such as MPLS, VPLS. Enterprise SIP, and traditional private line, SONET and wavelength services.. I also leverage managed services utilizing the broad list of IP based products, such as Hosted Security, Hosted PBX and Content Delivery, to form solutions for the customer's voice and data needs.      To procure housing for another adult (with disabilities) into new housing and completed the
     actual physical move (the disabled adult had been living with my elderly client).

     The clean-out of estate and home of 44 years, coordinated with a realtor, and completed the sale.

     Coordinated working with an elder care attorney and a Medicaid specialist to determine estate
     planning and asset protection strategies as well as funding an irrevocable special needs trust.

     Gathered and supplied all documents and data needed to the accountant to have 2021 taxes
     prepared.
