•	Managing, planning and controlling the strategic / operational purchasing processes for the

        military shops 
•	Developing and establishing the Ready to Wear-, Small and Large Leather Goods-, Sunglasses-,
        Toys-, Electronics & Regionals- Categories 
•	Developing the global Category Vision and Strategy
•       Establishing and implementing supplier relationships 
•	International acquisition of /groups/brands/suppliers within the premium- and top luxury segment
	Ongoing monitoring and optimisation of the product ranges 
•       Conducting and coordinating T&Cs and price negotiations to ensure and continually improve 
        supplier terms 
•	Management of project groups to establish and improve the product groups’ performance in the
        company: 
        - Development and implementation of a seasonal merchandise management system, 
        - Development of new retail and furniture design formats, POS and VM guidelines, an efficient
           supply chain for the product group

•	Management, planning and control of strategic and operational purchasing and sales processes for  the menswear category
•	Responsibility for achieving set sales- and profitability targets 
•	Creating the HAKA purchasing- and sales strategy 
•	International acquisition of brands/suppliers within the premium and luxury segment 
•	Establishing and expanding supplier relationships 
•	Conducting and coordinating T&Cs and price negotiations to ensure and continually improve supplier terms 
•	Head of the Design IV project group for the conversion of the men's luxury department, project group for the optimisation of the seasonal merchandise management system 
•	Jointly responsible for the content of all HAKA advertising catalogues 
•	Determining the meanswear sales promotions for the Engelhorn online shop 
•	Overarching responsibility for the creation and performance of the private label collection
