Timothy Bramlett is an American entrepreneur, software engineer, and product strategist known for co-founding Stammer.ai, a white-label AI platform that enables agencies to offer branded AI chatbot solutions without building the technology from scratch. He launched Stammer.ai in 2023 alongside Ross Fledderjohn, and the platform quickly gained traction by focusing on agency-friendly features like custom domains and Stripe integration.  

Before his entrepreneurial ventures, Bramlett held various roles in the tech industry, including positions at Capital One and HP, where he led SaaS incubation and product management initiatives.  He also co-founded Notifier, a SaaS tool for real-time social listening and keyword monitoring.  

Bramlett holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University and an MBA from Dallas Baptist University.  He is active on platforms like LinkedIn and Threads, where he shares insights on startup growth, product development, and the practical applications of AI in business.

OpenAI's new GPT-5.1 model is displaying surprisingly sassy and confrontational behavior with users.

Multiple users report the AI getting snippy, passive-aggressive, and even arguing back when corrected or criticized.

Some users prefer this attitude over the previous overly flattering responses that called every question "insightful" or "brilliant."

The personality shift appears to be happening across default settings, leading to speculation about whether OpenAI intentionally made the model more emotionally reactive.

The role encompasses the varied demands of a product manager including; complex stakeholder management; business analysis; requirements gathering; balancing user needs with regulation and organisation needs; working with developers, designers and scrum masters to build out user stories and improve UX; UAT; commercial innovation; managing international team delivery and making sure the product meets security and accessibility standards as required.

Part of the Foundation for the Future scheme at PwC - a 2 year graduate scheme that offers opportunities to work across a number of competencies within consulting before specialising. First six months focused in the Government and Health Industries sector. Part of a team that shaped sales opportunities and responses for PwC's largest and most strategically important clients in this sector.
Next, worked at The Difference, a business unit within PwC. The Difference runs a creative alignment process which helps companies solve their complex problems at an accelerated pace by bringing the right people, process and content together over a short time frame.
Next was a Software as a Service offering PwC were developing for local councils. Here she was part of a small team responsible for creating optimal, industrialised assets and documentation for future product deployments. Role involved understanding and working with all work streams giving her a broad view of the entire project from technical requirements to stakeholder management.
Next, part of an SAP implementation, tracking the budget & assisting with contractor management, project management and stakeholder alignment.
Next she was product manager for a Special Educational Needs transport product for a London council. Her role included: primary user research, development of user journeys, user stories & epics, market analysis, communicating difficult technical concepts to varied stakeholders, change management, training and project management.
Alongside her projects she was involved in championing PwC's Digital Fitness Assessment offering, was an upwards mentor for a Director and a Diversity mentor for a local university student. She was also a key member of a BeyondMe team partnership, helping a charity to develop their business by harnessing the skills of young professionals in their volunteered time.

Throughout Saskia's studies, time management and organisation have been key to achieving consistently high grades whilst maintaining extra curricular and voluntary positions too. These include acting as a Voluntary Research Assistant in the Psychology department, and as Secretary to Edinburgh University Muay Thai club. She has embraced new experiences, challenged herself to try new things, such as teaching herself to code for her dissertation, and thrived both academically and socially in this prestigious institution.

Alongside her university studies, Saskia worked with Professor Morag Donaldson in a voluntary role that required the creation, implementation and discussion of transcript codings for research undertaken with language impaired children. Problem-solving, communication and team-work were vital to this role, as well as technical ability in data analysis and spread sheet creation.

Voluntary Research Assistant

In this role, Saskia was responsible for the data extraction, quality checks and analysis for a research report, working in a small team alongside senior members of staff. Her work was largely independent, and so required initiative and communication with a number of colleagues in order to achieve the best results. She was asked to present her initial ideas to several CEOs and 2 MPs within weeks of beginning the project. The report has since been published, and Saskia was selected to contribute to its second iteration this year as a result of her initial contributions. During her internship, Saskia gained invaluable insights into the workings of a large corporate firm, and was offered a graduate role at the end, reflecting her dedication and consistent performance.

In this post Saskia had a number of roles relating to Finance, Customer Service and HR: she processed Childcare Voucher payments and refunds, helped to process staff payments, inputted data (including tax codes and student loan declarations, plus working with the HMRC website and PAYE), provided customer service (taking bookings and responding to queries on the telephone), contacted employers for references, prepared invoices using MailMerge, inputted staff bank details, called voucher suppliers and contacted customers regarding outstanding payments.

I really love a hard problem solved well. Especially when it has a positive impact on the world - be that improving somebody's health, or saving our planet. For 8+ years, I've been working alongside brilliant teams of engineers, designers, marketers and more to unearth genuine user problems, then find effective ways to tackle them.

Having worked across many industries - including Femtech, Fintech and Government - I've learned how to deeply understand a diverse set of users, and how to shape a business off the back of it. In recent years I've largely focused those efforts in scaling start-ups (between Seed and Series C), including multiple product launches, introductions into new markets and even a successful acquisition.

I thrive on coaching others and being able to share my learnings. Communication is critical to success in this line of work, and I enjoy being the translator between customers, product, commercial and leadership teams, focusing on what's most impactful and bringing people together around a common goal.

Product management gives me the opportunity to combine my fascination with human behaviour and cutting edge technologies to produce life-changing results.
