I’m Sarah-Lisa, Emotion Alchemist, hypnosis coach, and mentor for real transformation.
I help people who’ve long understood their patterns – but still can’t seem to change them.
Because the mind knows – but the body won’t follow.
Because nothing shifts on the outside if something is still stuck on the inside.

My work isn’t about tools or techniques.
It’s about feeling and experiencing – and what happens when we reconnect with ourselves.
I work with hypnosis, somatic support, and emotional processing to create transformation where it truly begins:
in the body, in the unconscious, in the now.

What qualifies me to do this?
15 years of experience in corporate environments, tech startups, and consulting.
A Bachelor and Master of Science with a focus on Business Management, Sales, and Organizational Psychology.
And a comprehensive education in hypnosis, coaching, and modern emotional support – completed at a renowned institute in New York.
And, most importantly:
my own journey out of people pleasing, constant inner tension, and emotional numbness – into clarity, connection, and the capacity to feel what’s truly mine.

My path began in America – and eventually led me to Berlin, where I live and work today.
As a leader, I guided transformation on the business level.
Today, I guide transformation within people.

Because real change doesn’t start in systems.
It starts within us.
When we learn to hold our feelings instead of pushing them away.
When we reconnect – with ourselves, with others, and with what truly moves us.
