I help large organizations move from AI experimentation to enterprise-scale impact.

As AI Framework Coordinator at HDI Deutschland — part of Talanx, one of Europe's largest insurance groups — I lead the design and operationalization of the enterprise AI framework that governs how AI is identified, evaluated, and scaled across the organization. Most recently, I co-led the rollout of Microsoft Copilot to thousands of Employees at HDI Germany — one of the largest generative AI deployments in German insurance.

My path to this role reflects a deliberate blend of strategy and execution: I spent 3 years as Strategy Manager at HDI Deutschland, where I defined the company's first enterprise AI strategy, led a two-year turnaround program for Claims Operations, and drove go-to-market for Motor and Cyber insurance — reporting directly to board level as part of the GO25 transformation program.
