- Significant contribution to the successful scaling of the company from the seed phase to proof-of-concept, with topline sales increasing eightfold from 2020 to 2023 - leading to a significant Series A funding in February 2024 (MAHLE, MANN+HUMMEL, SKF, Continental, FIEGE, Bosch and LIQUI MOLY) 
- Establishment of team growth and management in compliance with the OKR system and corporate goals
- Technical responsibility for the Growth division, link and innovative source of ideas between the individual sub-disciplines: Marketing, Channel Performance and Sales
- Connection of new sales channels and sustainable professionalization of the e-commerce business on channels such as eBay, Google Shopping, Idealo, Check24, testsieger.de and Amazon as well as industry-specific e-commerce platforms of the automotive aftermarket, such as Daparto, Tyre24 and Autoteilemarkt
- Development and establishment of a cross-platform retail marketing approach to scale the joint business 
- Identification of company-wide growth potential and derivation of growth hypotheses as well as cross-functional implementation, including performance measurement (build, measure, learn/growth hacking)
- Development of marketing strategies and concepts in the areas of social media, (employer) branding, brand construct, performance marketing, etc.
- Creation, management and optimization of growth marketing campaigns on PPC channels and marketplaces, such as eBay and Google Shopping, including continuous evaluation and data-supported optimization of campaigns
- Supporting and advising industrial customers in all matters relating to scaling the joint e-commerce business (customer development; change management) for well-known companies (from specialist department to C-level)

Growth Manager E-Commerce

Mainly responsible for the evaluation, optimisation and further development of e-commerce channels and for the connection of new ones, in order to ensure steady company growth. With our own D2C approach we sell, among others, oils, tyres, car spare parts and accessories on: Amazon, eBay, Daparto, Check24, Idealo, Google Shopping/own shop, Autoteilemarkt and Tyre24 (many more to come). Each channel has different focuses and Growth potentials, which I always have to work out, understand and find technical solutions with the IT for, in order to further develop our middleware and our digital product, together with the team.
