A little about me:

I was born and raised in the UK, but I’ve been living in Andorra for 8 years now! I’m a middle child, adrenaline junkie and a firm believer in getting to know yourself better, stepping out of your comfort zone and experiences help you to grow 😌

Even though I started my career in hospitality many moons ago, I’ve since become a client experience and operations consultant. I now specialise in working with adventure and experiential travel businesses, and support clients with things like:

👉 Moving from reactive ways of working to confidence in structure, roles, and operational strategy
👉 Helping founders find time (and headspace) to consistently step out of day to day and work on the business, versus in it

Most adventure travel brands deliver the experience, but forget about the system that delivers consistency back into their business.
