Stop saying "I need more leads."

I was on a call with a founder last week... a $2M agency. 97% retention. 50% EBITDA margins. AMAZING LOGOS (seriously jaw-dropping...)

His pipeline? Tumbleweeds.

He'd tried outbound contractors. Google Ads. Was about to drop $5K/month on a LinkedIn founder branding agency to post clips of him talking.

His diagnosis: "I can't find the silver bullet for lead gen."
