My role is a mix of sales and community building. I manage our online groups and socials, creating spaces where gym owners, PTs and fitness enthusiasts connect, share ideas and get support. By building strong relationships and adding value, I’ve been able to consistently turn community engagement into new business and long-term partnerships.

On the sales side, I work with clients from start to finish on their gym projects — from full commercial fit-outs to bespoke home gyms. I guide them through every step, from design and kit selection to install, making sure the end result matches their vision.

The fitness industry is all I’ve ever known — 15 years and counting.

I started out running my own 1:1 PT studio, then moved into gym management before joining Primal Strength as a Sales Manager. Since then, I’ve stepped into a Sales & Community Manager role where I get to combine both sides of what I love: helping people design their dream gym and building a community around it.
