As a Creative Team Lead (2021 to 2023), I directed projects for great companies like Meta, Lyft, Instacart, Purolator, Cogeco, Lyft, Indeed, Coinbase, Amazon among other. My responsibilities included leading teams in Content, Design, and Digital Marketing, ensuring our work aligned with client objectives while maintaining high-quality standards.

In my role as a Art director / Senior Designer at Brainrider (2017 to 2021), I collaborated with clients, directors, and content specialists. I managed a highly skilled group of designers to generate innovative ideas and marketing solutions for B2B companies. Implementing B2B design best practices, we crafted and executed multi-format solutions that aligned businesses with their buyer’s journeys, achieving superior results.

Work Highlights:
• Led a team of 3 directors overseeing 40 individuals across Canada, the US, and the UK.
• Ensured precision and accuracy through effective quality control in work and deliverables.
• Collaborated on new opportunities and business direction, actively participating in internal brainstorms and strategy sessions. Served as the primary interface between Creative and Account teams.
• Managed Studio budget, and optimized team utilization.

In the role of Art Director and Senior Designer, I spearheaded the conceptualization and execution of
design solutions aligned with marketing strategies for B2C and B2B enterprises. I managed projects
comprehensively, spanning Web Design, Branding, Email Campaigns, Packaging, Brochures,
Presentations, and more, from initial ideation to final completion. Some of our client included Cameron's
brewing, Thornbury Craft Cider & Beer, CST and many other small to medium companies.

Collaborated with Creative Director, Copywriter, colleagues, and partners as Art Director to conceptualize and deliver inventive solutions within the Financial Industry across diverse media platforms, ranging from online to print. Managed the entire creative process, from client briefing to final file delivery. Some of our clients were, Sun Life, Vanguard, TD, HSBC Among other financial institutions.

one of their largest accounts, Wrigleys. Primarily, I was involved in
the development of designs in preparation for the launching
of Wrigleys “The Gum That Never Gives Up” campaign.

With over 15 years of experience as a Senior Designer, I’ve honed my craft at the intersection of marketing strategy and design innovation. My journey has been marked by a relentless pursuit of insight-driven creativity, shaping branding narratives and marketing campaigns that resonate with audiences. From leading design teams to collaborating with clients, I’ve navigated diverse landscapes, including enterprise giants and nimble startups.

At Brainrider a Digital Marketing Agency, I spearheaded B2B creative endeavours, aligning design initiatives with client objectives and maintaining unwavering quality standards. My role extended beyond mere design execution; I orchestrated strategic collaborations, leveraging my financial acumen to optimize resource allocation and drive efficiencies.
