In 2018, I made a big decision. After 16 + years in financial planning, I decided it was time for a change - not because I had the next big thing lined up, but because I felt a deeper calling. 

I wanted to create something that was truly mine, something that could make a real difference. 

So, I sold my financial planning business and took a leap into the unknown.

My journey began with a podcast. The goal? To inspire and educate, to touch lives in a meaningful way. It was a new chapter, one that brought me to LinkedIn to share my thoughts and connect with others. Little did I know, a simple video post in April 2018 would turn everything upside down. 

Suddenly, companies big and small were reaching out, drawn to the unique blend of my corporate background and this fresh, authentic approach I was taking on LinkedIn.

It was a lightbulb moment. The corporate world was hungry for genuine connection, for personal branding that resonated on a human level. 

So, I founded a new venture focused on just that. Helping leaders and entrepreneurs across the globe build powerful personal brands on LinkedIn became my new mission.

Fast forward to today, I've had the privilege of hosting the most successful entrepreneurs on my podcast, speaking at events worldwide, and most importantly, guiding others to find their purpose and voice online.

WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUE:  The reason why I have been so successful is because I am focusing on my own “greatness” as well as leveraging my “natural gifts” which include communication, education, inspiration and impact.

Mughal Steel

1) To develop, implement, and monitor all the standard operating procedures throughout the process which are involved within the quality control department of the melting shop.
2) Implementing the digitalization to meet the Quality 4.0 demand. 
3) Conducting research for the continuous improvement of quality control protocol. 
4) Implementing the Quality management system and fulfilling the requirements of the respective ISO standards. 
5) Technical report writing about the faults throughout the production line.
6) Authoring all the QMS documentation within the domain of Bar-Mill furnaces Quality Control department.
7) Analyzing defects in the billets and their respective end products. The generation of the related reports to probe the origin of the defect which is causing the faults. 
8) Analyze failure in the rolling process and make reports on its root causes.

Senior Quality Control Engineer

The production is based on melting of the steel scrap using induction furnaces and the billets are directly rolled to produce rebars. I was responsible for every decision related to quality control and production. The key responsibilities include are, 
1) Supervise the induction melting process from charge selection to the sequence management for direct rolling of the billets.
2) The calculation regarding ferro-alloys requirement for making steel to the subsequent standard. 
3) Scrap selection and blending. 
4) Coordinate with the other departments to execute the production plan.

Production Engineer

In the first five months, I got training in all departments within the structural steel production line, i.e., Melting Furnaces, Continuous Casting Machine, Rolling Mill, Quality Control and Quality Assurance Department. After attaining the comprehensive training from all the departments, I later joined as a Production Engineer in the Melting Furnaces Department.

Metallurgist & Materials Scientist | M.Sc. by Research (UK)

Alberto Einstein said “Creativity is seeing what others see and thinking no one else ever thought”. I was creativity positive from my early childhood which later mutated with curiosity. Their combination has transformed me to a materials scientist with ample technical and R&D experience. When I was completing my B.Sc. engineering in Metallurgy and materials science, the creativity and curosity let me to pursue further studies. I have choosen M.Sc. by Research degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University targetting to gain experience in nano-materials which actually is a backbone of the future green energy. After graduating, I later decided to join a steel industry. This decision again was awkward for most of the people. However, thanks to the habits of reading financial system books. The world population is expanding and the size of cities are shrinking. The structural steel will always be a backbone of the economy and key index in GDP growth. The steel industries are evolving and that evolution is not just limited to the automation. The processes are evolving to target the net zero emission. The future of the steel production will rely on the integration of multiple fields rather than conventional metallurgy. I have knowledge and experience of diverse fields from advanced materials to electrochemistry. 
I believe in Einstein theory, "I never teach my pupils, I only provide them the conditions in which they can learn." I always keep up the atmosphere of curiosity and creativity where I will keep learning the new things! I am now targeting the automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, internet of the things and blockchains.
