In 2018, I made a big decision. After 16 + years in financial planning, I decided it was time for a change - not because I had the next big thing lined up, but because I felt a deeper calling. 

I wanted to create something that was truly mine, something that could make a real difference. 

So, I sold my financial planning business and took a leap into the unknown.

My journey began with a podcast. The goal? To inspire and educate, to touch lives in a meaningful way. It was a new chapter, one that brought me to LinkedIn to share my thoughts and connect with others. Little did I know, a simple video post in April 2018 would turn everything upside down. 

Suddenly, companies big and small were reaching out, drawn to the unique blend of my corporate background and this fresh, authentic approach I was taking on LinkedIn.

It was a lightbulb moment. The corporate world was hungry for genuine connection, for personal branding that resonated on a human level. 

So, I founded a new venture focused on just that. Helping leaders and entrepreneurs across the globe build powerful personal brands on LinkedIn became my new mission.

Fast forward to today, I've had the privilege of hosting the most successful entrepreneurs on my podcast, speaking at events worldwide, and most importantly, guiding others to find their purpose and voice online.

• Managing and preparing full cost estimates in accordance with company operating procedures.
• Assisting the Bid Modelling Manager, Bid Team and Sales Team in developing the business.
• Pricing M&E Planned Maintenance and hard facilities management tenders using MS Excel.
• Developing cost models within the team including all technical and hard facilities services.
• Ensuring all retention of current business and acquisitions of new business. 
• Analysing data to identify trends to build logical pricing assumptions.
• Producing accurate estimates in a timely and professional manner.

• Communicating with vendors to ensure product information and content was displayed correctly.
• Liaising with internal departments such as Merchandising on issues relating to the project.
• Using a range of office systems predominately Excel to carry out the data imports and exports.
• Analysing old data to identify errors and inconsistencies using a high-level of attention to detail.
• Working within a team to deliver shared objectives and perform key tasks vital to the project.
• Carrying out data migration and digital marketing to enrich new data according to the product specifications.
• Using the STEP database to ensure the enriched data was correctly imported.
• Identifying and uploading product assets and imagery.
