In 2018, I made a big decision. After 16 + years in financial planning, I decided it was time for a change - not because I had the next big thing lined up, but because I felt a deeper calling. 

I wanted to create something that was truly mine, something that could make a real difference. 

So, I sold my financial planning business and took a leap into the unknown.

My journey began with a podcast. The goal? To inspire and educate, to touch lives in a meaningful way. It was a new chapter, one that brought me to LinkedIn to share my thoughts and connect with others. Little did I know, a simple video post in April 2018 would turn everything upside down. 

Suddenly, companies big and small were reaching out, drawn to the unique blend of my corporate background and this fresh, authentic approach I was taking on LinkedIn.

It was a lightbulb moment. The corporate world was hungry for genuine connection, for personal branding that resonated on a human level. 

So, I founded a new venture focused on just that. Helping leaders and entrepreneurs across the globe build powerful personal brands on LinkedIn became my new mission.

Fast forward to today, I've had the privilege of hosting the most successful entrepreneurs on my podcast, speaking at events worldwide, and most importantly, guiding others to find their purpose and voice online.

I’ve been on LinkedIn since 2018, but back then, I was wearing a helmet and holding spanners as a food processing engineer.

Two days after my miscarriage, I went back to work.
On the third day, I was repairing oil pumps while still bleeding.

I told my boss it was “just fever” because pregnancy loss wasn’t something you could take time off for.

A year later, I lost another son – this time a day after he was born.

That pain changed everything about how I view women’s health, workplace culture, and the silence we’re forced into.

It’s why I left engineering and stepped into the health space.

Today, I’m a mum of one and a women’s health advocate who’s found her place in femtech copywriting and content strategy.

Because here’s the truth:
→ 1 in 4 pregnancies end in loss.
→ Women’s health is still underfunded, under-discussed, and misunderstood.
→ And yet, femtech brands and healthtech founders are working on some of the most powerful innovations of our time.

But here’s the gap:
→ Most of these innovations never reach the women who need them.

Why? Because the messaging is either too clinical, too vague, or too generic.

That’s where I come in.
