In 2018, I made a big decision. After 16 + years in financial planning, I decided it was time for a change - not because I had the next big thing lined up, but because I felt a deeper calling. 

I wanted to create something that was truly mine, something that could make a real difference. 

So, I sold my financial planning business and took a leap into the unknown.

My journey began with a podcast. The goal? To inspire and educate, to touch lives in a meaningful way. It was a new chapter, one that brought me to LinkedIn to share my thoughts and connect with others. Little did I know, a simple video post in April 2018 would turn everything upside down. 

Suddenly, companies big and small were reaching out, drawn to the unique blend of my corporate background and this fresh, authentic approach I was taking on LinkedIn.

It was a lightbulb moment. The corporate world was hungry for genuine connection, for personal branding that resonated on a human level. 

So, I founded a new venture focused on just that. Helping leaders and entrepreneurs across the globe build powerful personal brands on LinkedIn became my new mission.

Fast forward to today, I've had the privilege of hosting the most successful entrepreneurs on my podcast, speaking at events worldwide, and most importantly, guiding others to find their purpose and voice online.

WHAT I DO: I help entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs & C-Suite executives converge their emotional intelligence with their social presence so that they can become “Thought Leaders” in their niche and ultimately create a lasting impact on people’s lives.

WHY I DO THIS:  I am determined to help people find that inner “greatness”. We all have this “greatness” inside of us. Not only do I help my clients find their greatness, I help them reconnect with their “why” so that they can speak through their PURPOSE.

WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUE:  The reason why I have been so successful is because I am focusing on my own “greatness” as well as leveraging my “natural gifts” which include communication, education, inspiration and impact. 

THE RESULTS:  As a result, I have grown my network from 500 to 25,000 + in < 3 months, with 2 Million + views on my content, with organic reach, an engaged community (who are advocates of my mission) but most importantly have resulted in quality in-bound leads into my business that has helped my business grown exponentially.

A child company of Hameed Group, HPack PET and Packaging Solution was established by my grand father with the vision to facilitate plastic users in the pharmaceutical,  Nutraceuticals, food, water and CSDs with highest quality material used with the facility of just in time shipment.

I, as an owner of the company and marketing majors from IoBM, has been given the department of Marketing and research so my responsibilities include:

1) Making marketing material.
2) using the concepts learned in my Bachelors and Masters on the marketing of our products.
3) Make and maintain good, healthy and sound relationship between company and business partners (clients).
4) finding new avenues for marketing the containers. 
5) Finding and analyzing new trends and making recommendations of introducing new products continuously to keep the clients and other prospect companies and customers updated with the new brand shape trends.
6) Brand the company in a way that represents the quality like sentence.
7) Develop the trust of companies or clients or business partners upon the company with persuasive communication.

As an owner, I have lots of other work in my JD because this is my company and I have to work without boundaries.

Being a public speaker is not an easy task. A public speaker has to look for new things, new updates always. And if you have some storytelling in your speaking, man you have to keep looking for them too. 

I am the kind of public speaker who loves to get engaged with my audience. I usually start my speaking with a story that hooks the listener. Like:

"One day a man, standing in front of 1000 people out of blue started drinking coffee in a styrofoam cup. He then raised his cup and said 'We all deserve this styrofoam cup, not the ceramic cup'. Would you like to know the reason? Because. Exactly a year ago, I was called here in a private jet, some people took my luggage and checked me into a hotel, next morning someone was standing to greet me in the lobby, I came here in a limousine, set in a green room and was drinking a coffee in a ceramic cup without asking for it. However, this year I came here by myself, carried my luggage, checked in into the hotel myself, no one was in the lobby next morning, took a taxi here, find my way to the backstage, asked for a coffee and a person pointed me to the coffee machine and I had a coffee in this styrofoam cup."

Founded this venture when I was in my 3rd year of bachelors degree program with Muhammad Hussain.

Since then, the company has grown. I basically do all by myself like:

1) digital marketing
2) post designing
3) content writing
4) videography
5) photography 
6) event coordination

And many more.

It all started in 1996, Karachi, Pakistan.

Kidding. (Well, not really, but that’s not how I’m going to start this story.)

Entrepreneurship has always been in my blood since the day I opened my eyes to this world. I belong to a business-oriented family and the mindset of a businessman is a built-in feature.

I started my entrepreneurial journey with pencils when I was just 8 years old. I use to buy a pencil box for Rs 30/- and sell one pencil for Rs 5/- which leaves Rs 2/- profit per unit. But soon had to close it down because of a stationary shop opened at my school where a pencil was Rs 3/- per unit.

Then I started trading Pokemon cards, Beyblades, Digimon cards and other famous cartoon toys for more than 3 years but had to close it down too because of cartoon popularity shifted towards Dragon Ball Z which had nothing to trade as a toy.

Then I found refill pencils and bring them for the first time in my school but soon it was copied and I stopped.

But when I was in my 3rd year of BBA, I and my friend started a business called "ACE" or "Academic & Career Excellence" to help students get a job through our powerful CVs which has just completed it's 2nd anniversary in June this year. This startup introduced me to LinkedIn, Video content creation and much more which awakened the sleeping public speaker inside of me. Only this year, I have spoken to 1000s of people upon topics like CVs, LinkedIn, Personal Branding but most importantly Motivation & Inspiration.

Remember my family, they recently started a startup by the name HPack P.E.T & Packaging Solutions to help brands deliver their value through Plastic Packaging. We mostly deal with P.E.T Bottles and Jars. We manufacture them here at S.I.T.E Superhighway Industrial Area. (Attachment under). This leads me to have my sales skills tested and I am loving every bit of it.

My main skills:
- Sales (Prospecting, Qualifying Prospect, Sales Calls, Negotiation, and Sales Closing). I do it for HPack P.E.T & Packaging Solutions, Remember?

- Public Speaking (Although I speak on CVs, LinkedIn, and Personal Branding for students but I love to speak on business topics like Marketing. Also Motivational Speaking is my favorite).

- Video Creation (I now know how to run a professional camera, edit video, edit audio, and also how to do the work prior to this).

- Storytelling is my new game nowadays.
