I perform the Market Analysis to develop the best and most effective business plans and GTM Strategy. I develop the marketing strategy and supervise the implementation on the different channels. I manage the commercial part and hire a small sales and marketing team. Implementing and maintaining sales processes designed to achieve specific sales objectives. I lead the research, contact and acquisition of the first new logo focusing on big brands that can be used as testimonials afterwards (Travel, Retail, GDO, Utility, Multinational Corporate). I understand business objectives and needs of the customer and I translate them in a project proposal.

I was responsible for recruiting and managing the sales team (inside sales and sales executive), defining and assessing the team KPIs to evaluate sales results. It was also my role to train the team on both the software and sales skills according to the SPIN methodology and Winning by Design advising approach. I had P&L responsibility reporting directly to the CCO, providing accurate forecasts on a weekly, monthly and Q basis.
I worked together with local and HQ marketing in order to optimize the marketing channels and to secure that
the sales team can run constantly at full capacity. I attended events, fairs and webinar to increase the brand awareness in Italy, being the spokesperson towards the press, partners and customers.
I collected feedbacks from leads and customers and transform them into valuable insights for the product team to obtain a complete alignment between our product and the Italian market needs.

Within the Italian office, I work to advise companies on how optimize their business processes with Teamleader, in particular my duties are:

- Managing the sales process
- Organizing software demonstrations
- Planning sales forecasts and setting targets
- Analyzing the main KPIs and optimizing the sales cycle

- Evangelizing and educating customers on cloud computing and SaaS business solutions

In addition, as a Sales Coach, I work to help my colleagues develop skills and reach goals. Through individual and group sessions I help optimize sales strategies applying Customer Centric approach and SPIN Selling methodologies.

Responsible to increase the number of partners able to host and employ Florence University students. I research and identify the most interesting partners, I contact them, and I negotiate with them in order to draw up an agreement able to satisfy their and our needs. I also run the communications of the Erasmus+ Traineeship Program inside the University. I organize meetings with professors and students, explaining the importance of having a work experience abroad. Finally, I analyze the awareness of students and professors on the Erasmus+ Traineeship organizing a survey and processing the results.

My responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
- update, organize and execute an onboarding program that allows new reps to sell confidently and successfully
- organize and run learning programs to keep the sales force up-to-speed
- maintain and develop meaningful relationships with sales leaders and different departments to be a strategic partner in accelerating performances.

ADB's NGO and Civil Society Centre (NGOC) launched the Youth for Asia program in 2013 to increase youth participation in ADB operations to achieve sustainable development in Asia and the Pacific.
Responsible for a research project to understand business opportunities for ADB Youth for Asia to invest in Social Enterprises. 
My main responsibilities include:
- Develop a collaboration with the Asian School of Business-MIT Sloan to write a research paper on ‘Insights to the Social Enterprise Ecosystem in Asia & the Pacific’ 
- Collaborate with the UNV program to compile a report of the policies for social entrepreneurship in Asia and the Pacific 
- Organise and facilitate 3 international boot camps with 120 attendees each for evidence-based reports in collaboration with UNDP, MaGIC, UYA, Hanyang University, MICE Korea
- Explore opportunities with different NGOs, public and private organisations for co-led projects for youth empowerment
- Engage social entrepreneurs in ADB events with focus on fintech, healthcare and agriculture
- Organise the ‘Youth for Asia Week’ to strengthen youth engagement in ADB projects
- Deliver talks and workshops to foster youth engagement in the Sustainable Development Goals
