After 12+ years in data analytics, data governance, consumer insights, digital transformation and AI innovation, I grew fond of the human aspect - how to communicate, collaborate and get creative around data and AI.

My passion lies in making data and AI more approachable and fun, and I often use unconventional methods to do so - with music, humor or other creative outlets.

I am a Talent Acquisition leader with 12+ years of experience building and scaling high-performance recruiting functions in fast-moving, complex environments. I have led distributed recruiting teams and designed hiring systems that support both immediate growth demands and long-term organizational strategy. I am a native German speaker and fluent in English.

My core strength lies in building recruiting operating models from the ground up. I design hiring strategies that are targeted, measurable, and cost-aware, with a strong focus on sourcing effectiveness, candidate engagement, and predictable delivery. I have established reliable, real-time reporting frameworks using Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and internal systems to track pipelines, sourcing activity, offer acceptance, and hiring progress across roles. Accuracy, transparency, and decision-readiness are always the starting point.

I have a strong track record in developing recruiting capability beyond the TA function. I work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to strengthen interviewing skills, talent assessment quality, inclusive hiring practices, and candidate experience. My goal is to embed recruiting excellence across the organization, not concentrate it within one team.

I lead with a cross-functional mindset and partner closely with senior leadership, Finance, Legal, HR, Delivery, and Operations to align workforce planning with business priorities, revenue goals, and execution timelines. I view Talent Acquisition as a strategic growth lever that reduces delivery risk and enables sustainable scaling.

I actively leverage modern recruiting technology and Generative AI tools, including ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI-assisted sourcing, to improve speed, insight generation, and operational efficiency. I use technology pragmatically to support strong fundamentals rather than replace them.

In addition to my corporate leadership work, I coach international professionals navigating the German job market, helping them position their skills clearly and build long-term, future-ready careers.
