I’m Thomas V Zachariah — Executive Director at Aabasoft, a 23-year-old IT & ITeS powerhouse, where I lead our Business Services (ABS) division. We deliver tech-enabled contact center/call center, CX, and back-office solutions across industries — BFSI, ISP, healthcare, aviation, government services, retail, and more.

My passion lies in helping organizations scale faster, serve smarter, and grow stronger by combining people, process, and technology. Whether it’s managing a 24/7 multilingual helpdesk, driving collections & recoveries, handling citizen services, or supporting critical healthcare and ISP operations, we focus on creating frictionless, customer first experiences.
