We deliver tech-enabled contact center/call center, CX, and back-office solutions across industries — BFSI, ISP, healthcare, aviation, government services, retail, and more.

My passion lies in helping organizations scale faster, serve smarter, and grow stronger by combining people, process, and technology. At Driver Logistics, I lead a team of passionate and growth-oriented supply chain professionals who help our clients optimize their warehouses and logistics operations. I am also the co-founder and CEO of Qompass Now, a startup that provides real-time visibility and analytics for logistics and transportation. Qompass Now leverages the power of data to enable seamless and secure data sharing and collaboration among shippers, carriers, and customers. 

My core competencies include marketing communications, customer relationship management (CRM), and sales strategy. I have multiple patents and publications in the field of logistics and supply chain management. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities in this dynamic and exciting industry. 

I am a logistics enthusiast and an entrepreneur who loves to share ideas and stories on these topics. I believe that logistics is not just a service, but a strategic partner that can drive business growth and innovation. My goal is to create an environment where my team and my clients can thrive and succeed.
