• Present to Rivian executive leadership (Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Procurement Officer) during Sourcing Council meeting for requirements greater than $100K; justify award recommendations and nominated supplier for contract award. 

Strategic Sourcing: 
• Redline EULAs, Software license agreements, or terms mitigating risk and achieving optimal terms for indemnification, limitation of liability, governing law, support, payment terms, renewals, and cost. 
• Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders and supplier partners from all levels ranging from analysts to C-suite while sourcing software globally
• Triage vast amount of requests determining which are most important for the business to thrive
